Come and Relax in our spectacular renovated Ocean Front Condo in the exclusive Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach. Wood grain porcelain tile throughout. New furniture and paint. Two new queen beds with pillow top mattress.
Enjoy the beautiful views from your private balcony. In the morning relax and watch the sunrise you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the surf.
The kitchenette has a Stainless steel full size refrigerator. There is also a beverage refrigerator and 2 eye Ceramic stove top and microwave.
A Kuerig for your morning coffee be sure and bring your K-cups, Crock Pot and Toaster
All utensils, cookware ,dishes, and glassware.

This is a privately owned unit and is not on the Sand Dunes rental program.

PLEASE NOTE
The water park in the parking lot is EXCLUDED.
It is owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an extra resort fee for exclusive access. Guests renting privately are unable to access this area.
There is a Beautiful Oceanfront pool lazy river and Splash Zone for your enjoyment.

Linens are provided but Bath towels are NOT.

Cleaning provided by a private housekeeper. Daily maid service is not included.
There is a key less entry for your convenience. (no keys to keep up with) No need to check-in at the front desk.
The elevator is steps away for easy access to the lobby, dining and beach.
It also takes you directly to the 2nd floor where the Oceanfront indoor pool and spa are located.
The indoor pool and hot tubs have been renovated. The pool is heated.
