LOTS OF SPACE: This large home offers plenty of room to gather. Large farm table seats eight. A smaller table on the front porch is perfect for morning coffee while watching the sun rise. Need some quiet time? Curl up in the book nook, or retreat to your extra large bedroom.

OUTDOOR LIVING: When you come back from the beach, you can wash off in the outdoor shower then store your gear on the sunny back porch. Hidden behind a wall of privet, you can cook on a brand new grill and sit at an oversized outdoor table. After, you can make smores over the firepit.

ALLERGY FRIENDLY: I keep a gluten and soy free kitchen and can set aside separate cooking tools if you need. The kitchen is not nut-free, though I rarely use peanuts. There are very light rugs and curtains around the house to cut down on dust and pollen. Central air conditioning offers relief from seasonal allergies.

DOG FRIENDLY: There is a fenced dog run to keep your puppy safe and happy. My little one likes to sit in the sun, dig and zoomie!
