Welcome to our fun family get away! As a parent, I know that when the kids are at play, WE get to relax...kinda! We have designed this home for families and friends to gather, play, laugh and create amazing memories.

**Florida is a subtropical climate. We have MANY forms of nature. Some unwanted....although we treat the home regularly for pests, unfortunately some of these critters get inside and around the home. Please keep this in mind as you may catch a glimpse of some.



SMOKING:

Please refrain from smoking anywhere near the inside or inside the home. If you do smoke outside, please ensure all ashes and butts are properly disposed of. A smoking cleaning fee maybe charged of $1000 if required to clean up.



NOISE:

Local “Quiet Hours” are from 9:00PM to 7:00AM. Please be respectful of our neighborhood and keep things quiet during that time.



DOOR ALARMS:

There are alarms on every door. We highly recommend you arm each door to notify you if the door is open to keep the children safe.



PETS: One non aggressive breed dog per stay is allowed for an additional fee.

The pool is heated to a temperature of 80°. If you’d like it heated to a higher temperature, arrangements can be made upon request for an additional fee of $69 per day.



The lounger attached to the pool is not a hot tub and stays at the same temperature as the pool.



The home is equipped with both front door and backyard cameras for added security.



A maximum of one pet is permitted, with a weight limit of 20lbs.

One warning for excessive noise. After that: $250 fine and possible cancellation without refund. Respect the peace ✌️

Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed. Extra person = $50/night.



🐶 NO UNDISCLOSED PETS

Please don't sneak in furry friends. Undisclosed pets = $500 fine.



📹 DO NOT TAMPER WITH SECURITY DEVICES

This includes exterior cameras, smoke detectors, CO monitors, and noise sensors. If tampering is detected:

-Immediate removal without refund

-Liability for damages
