Wake up to the beautiful Sunrises. Take your coffee and enjoy the porch views. Watch mother nature at her best! Lovely new screened in Porch .
Send the kids down to the Dock where they can catch small crabs in their nets. Grab that fishing pole and try your luck at the end of Dock. Bring your boat!
Enjoy all your meals on the waterfront Deck. Take a bike ride or a stroll around the beautiful neighborhood. Shell Beach and Sunset Beaches are close by!
Take a good book and relax in the Hammock aahh!
This is a special House with lots of charm. Three bedrooms plus an additional childs area with captains bed off the Master Bedroom. Master Bedroom w/Queen Bed / Shower. The other two guests bedroom share a bath and shower. In addition there is a lovely separate Guest Cottage w/Stone Fireplace, Bath/Laundry Room (a favorite of guests)

Main House there are Flat Screen TV's in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. The house has Internet/ Cable . The Kitchen is fully stocked with a large walk in pantry. There is a Gas Viking Stove. Plenty of Dishes, Pots, Pans, Silverware and Glassware.

Wonderful Location!

Amazing location with views of the harbor on the quiet streets of Shelter Island. The property is spacious and accommodating for families. The owner is accessible and very friendly.

This House Has it All

Best family vacation in a long time. Beautiful view, well laid out property, great pool, gorgeous location. Maureen was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Lovely views and pool , great for kids

Maureen was a very conscientious host and she was both responsive and generous. The outdoor grounds of the house are beautiful and perfect for kids. Maureen let us use all her pool toys, beach gear (5 min drive from the house) , dock/kayak and even her awesome electric bike. The kitchen was very well stocked and we grilled most evenings. We definitely plan to return!

A serene and picturesque island getaway

We loved our week in Shelter Island at this property! The home was perfect for the location with a beachy feel. It was also very clean and well stocked. The cottage was so well appointed - so perfect for guests to have a private experience with its own bathroom, laundry and fridge/coffee maker and microwave. The photos cannot do justice to the scenery and the view - every morning we were blown away by the beautiful sunrises over the water. The kids loved playing in the pool, kayaking and trying to catch crabs down by the dock. Maureen the owner was extremely helpful and available to answer questions quickly. We will definitely be back!

Just perfect

Great house in a perfect location. If you want a house with a pool, directly on the water here you are. Bring your boat, or use the kayak. You can paddle to Shell, Silver and Wades beach here no problem. The house is very comfortable and cozy, beachy and quaint. One level, spread out and with the added advantage of a separated cottage that allows grandparents or the like a little privacy while the rest of the family stays in the main house. The pool looks over the water and is large and kept very clean. The owner is lovely and there at a moment's notice if anything is needed. Couldn't recommend the house more highly.

Wonderful place

Beautiful and very comfortable house. Cherry on the cake : the house is deeply clean and Maureen, the owner, very nice and helpful. We spent a relaxing stay in this quiet place.

A most comfortable oasis on Shelter Island.

What a relief to have found such a haven on Shelter Island. The house is incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The view is STUNNING! If you're looking for a place to completely relax, this is the place. Several months later, I find myself thinking about this home numerous times. The owner is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the region and helped us enormously when we needed help knowing where to go and what to do. Eternally grateful for the most amazing month I've had in a very very long time.

Amazing House and wonderful owner

My family visited Shelter Island for a wedding and we had such a wonderful experience at this house. The photos actually don't do it justice as the views are spectacular, the property is large and feels very secluded, the pool area is relaxing and the home is meticulously decorated. My 8 year old niece couldn't believe how clean and organized everything was. The house has a very cozy, warm - almost cabin like feel to it. I can not say enough good things about the owner as well. She is very professional, ethical and responsive. This home is her primary home and she has the utemost care and respect for the house which is demonstrated in the decor. Overall- we could not have been more pleased with our stay and I highly recommend this property to all.
