The Space:
Welcome to Bainbridge, a charming 2-bed, 2.5-bath upper duplex nestled within a three-story townhouse in Bed-Stuy. The first level greets you with an open-concept living, dining, and complete kitchen filled with natural light and high ceilings. Enjoy an access to the private deck and fenced-in backyard, and an additional powder room and a spacious coat closet.
Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer. The main bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with a built-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a remote-controlled skylight. The second bedroom, also features a queen bed, a closet, and a comfortable sofa for lounging. An adjacent full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo serves this room. Located between the bedrooms is a dedicated home office that boasts a skylight, large desk, ergonomic chair, and a 32" monitor, making it an ideal space for working from home. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment including the deck off the kitchen and the fenced-in backyard. (The front yard and the fenced-off space under the kitchen deck are for the exclusive use of the downstairs apartment.) Discover an urban retreat in the vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood moments away from amazing parks, bars, coffee shops and restaurants, and a short subway ride from most of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Note that there is a flight of stairs from the street level to the front door, a flight of stairs between the living area and the bedrooms/office and a flight of stairs from the deck off the kitchen to the backyard. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment including the deck off the kitchen and the fenced-in backyard. (The front yard and the fenced-off space under the kitchen deck are for the exclusive use of the downstairs apartment.)
The Neighborhood:
Bed–Stuy is a neighborhood in the northern section of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Bedford–Stuyvesant is bordered by Flushing Avenue to the north, Classon Avenue to the west, Broadway to the east, and Atlantic Avenue to the south). The main shopping street, Fulton Street, runs east–west the length of the neighborhood and intersects high-traffic north–south streets including Bedford Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, and Stuyvesant Avenue.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
