We did not use the pool. We booked an apartment with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, but when we got there it was only 1 king bed and pull out sofa leaving us short one bed.

Had a package delivered. No where to be found, didn't seem to care. Had a tracking # and picture. Charged me an extra fee for not taking out trash and washing a few dishes. Like 4 dishes. I wish I would have taken a picture. They have housekeeping.Good location

That is not the experience we want for our guests. Please contact us directly with the tracking number and any photos so we can investigate delivery records and housekeeping notes, and correct any mistaken charges.
