The Granite Ledge: No cleaning fee! 3 beds, 1.5 baths, AC, across from Loon Mountain. Sleeps 8 (4 adults / 4 kids)

Welcome to the newly renovated Granite Ledge townhouse, hosted by Granite Ledge Rentals. This is our 2nd home, and hope you feel it is your 2nd home too. The condo has three-bedroom spaces (king, queen, and bunk bed). The condo resides in the Village of Loon Mountain which is just north of Lincoln center on the Kancamagus highway, and is directly across the street from Loon Mountain. The condo is a perfect retreat for all seasons. The Lincoln area provides easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking, road cycling, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and skiing. If your need some downtime, please enjoy our membership to the Loon Village swim and tennis club. There are also a variety of nearby indoor activities, restaurants, and local attractions to make any visit memorable.

The condo is a 3-story townhouse, and has no steps to get to our front door. Our unit is towards the back of the Village and right against the White Mountain National Forest.

The loft has a king bed and a half bathroom.
• There is a desk here if you need to get some work done with a Smart TV that doubles as a monitor.

The main floor has a combined dining/living space as well as a full kitchen.
• A large Smart TV with Roku and Xumo boxes makes staying in more pleasant. Use the Roku box to sign into your steaming apps.
• A large gas fireplace is located in the living room space.
• The balcony is available through sliding doors off of the main floor. Often, there is a small stream running behind the unit which provides a calming experience when spending time outside.

The full kitchen is recently renovated and offers a variety of cooking implements to meet most expectations.

The lower level has a unique configuration.
• There is a small hallway at the bottom of the stairs
• To the left is the full bath
• To the right is a closet with washer/dryer
• Straight ahead is the entrance to the kid’s bedroom. The kid’s bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top, full on bottom, with a pull-out twin trundle.
• *Through a sliding door in the kid’s room you enter the queen bedroom that has outside windows with tranquil views.
• There is a bonus room through a pocket door in the queen room with a Smart TV and loveseat that offers privacy. Bring your Roku, Fire Stick, or video game system to hook via HDMI to our TV and enjoy.

The Village of Loon Mountain operates a ski shuttle over to Loon Mountain. The bus operates on weekends and most holidays during the ski season (schedule subject to change, see shuttle schedule for start date, exceptions, and end date at Loon Mountain Resort Shuttle Service). The pickup/drop off location is a short walk at the end of our street.

As a guest, you will have access to the Loon Village Swim & Tennis Club which is open year-round. All the amenities of our membership are extended to our guests (max 8 guests). The Club is just a short 5-minute walk, or a short drive depending on your preference.

FYI:
• Dogs: We accept well behaved children and dogs. Children are allowed on the furniture; the dogs are not. The limit is 2 dogs per stay. Excessive cleaning and any damage will be chargeable. During the spring/summer/fall seasons there is a fire road next to our building that goes right into the national forest up to the local water tower. This is a great dog walking trail. During the winter, dogs must be walked around the Village.
• This home is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. It is three floors with stairs between each floor. Stairs are required to get to all areas of the home.
• We do not allow any illicit drug use (legal or illegal drugs), or any other illegal activities.
• We do not allow any excessive drinking and/or exhibiting of disruptive behavior in our community or to our neighbors.
• This is a non-smoking property. Cigars, cigarettes, and vaping is not allowed inside or outside the property, within any community buildings or on community grounds.

Born and raised in NH. Always loved the Lincoln area, and we were happy to purchase a 2nd home that our family loves, and that we can share with others that love the Lincoln area.

The location is perfect. We enjoy the multi-level townhouse style. It allows everyone to have their own space. The Village of Loon Mountain is past Loon's entrance. This helps on traffic during skiing season as traffic coming through Lincoln can be slow at times.

Being up in the hillside allow some stunning views.

Our condo abuts the White Mountain National Forest, and there is a trailhead right next to our condo. It is perfect for a family hike, and also for walking the pups. The trail starts as a fire road that goes up to a water tower. After the tower, there are standard walking trails in which you can explore.

We also enjoy having access to the Village Swim and Tennis club. Our children love the pools, hot tubs, and even the dry sauna.

The property also provides easy access to driving up into the Kancamangus, but also allows easy access to other fun activities local to the area.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We spent about 6 months renovating our condo. It has been modernized, but still has the rustic touch that makes someone feel like they are still in the mountains. Our condo makes the most of the space it has and we brought a close attention to detail to make this townhouse a place that we enjoy and want to share with others.

Our unit is right against the White Mountain National Forest. This provides more seclusion in comparison to other units in the area. There are fewer vehicles driving past since we are on a small circle at the top of the complex.
