Old town - best location, perfect apartment, safe

The historic building (1854) was restored and the apartment renovated in 2024. It is located in the middle of the old town, Sololaki. Important sights are within walking distance. There is central heating, air conditioning, fast wifi, comfortable bed and TV (Firestick). The house is warm in winter and cool in summer. Cleaning service 2-3 times per month is included for long-term bookings. You can order a cooking service or make any requests. More details below...

The space
The apartment offers all the amenities that are important for travelers. We renovated the apartment in 2024.

I offer exclusive services to my guests:
- We can offer a personal cook for 50 gel / day who will prepare food for about 3 days
- Cleaning included in the price - free cleaning 2-3 / month
- You can request any (reasonable and sensible) change (more info below)

The bed measures 140cm. It has a topper for extra comfort. The air conditioning hangs in the entrance and supplies the main room with cold air so that you are not sitting in a draught.

The apartment is located in a historic building from 1828. The house is listed and was restored in 2021. There are old cellar vaults under the apartment, which are accessible and can be visited by my guests by appointment.

After booking, all our guests usually read the house rules very carefully. Please do the same.

*If you think that something essential or important is missing in the apartment, you can let us know and we will do our best to fulfill your wishes. Of course, we must first agree to your request.

Guest access
The entire apartment is at your disposal. You can also move freely in the small courtyard and have a coffee, for example. Table and chairs are available. However, from 22:00 should please be quiet in the courtyard.

Other things to note
We are happy to plan excursions and tours to Kakhetia, Kazbegi, Svanetia, Mengrelia, Adjara or Racha. Day trips are possible, tours over a few days or even long hikes in the mountains up to 10 days.

I would like to emphasize some important things: All people are welcome in my home, no matter what nation or religion. However, my guests must be ready to accept certain facts. - Georgia is a sovereign country and 20% of it is occupied by Russia. They forbid us to enter these regions because we have Georgian nationality.
