This newly constructed 3 bed, 2.5 bath home on Lake Thurmond is the ultimate luxury retreat. You will be renting the 1900 SF , newly furnished lower half. The upstairs is unoccupied so no need to worry about noise! Floor to ceiling glass doors welcome you out to the outdoor entertaining space of your dreams. A covered patio, pool, spa, putting green, and pickle ball court make this the perfect escape for you and your guests. Concierge services including grocery delivery are available.

This home is located on Lake Thurmond in McCormick, SC. Hickory Knob Golf Course and State Park and Monticello Golf Club at Savannah Lakes are close by for the golf enthusiast. Savannah Lakes Marina is a 7 minute drive away and provides for boat launching, boat rentals, recreational activities, and more. The closest grocery store is approximately 15 minutes away. We do provide concierge services including grocery delivery so that the home is stocked when you arrive.

You will have access to everything in the lower half of the property. The top half of the property including the garage will not be accessible to guests. There are locked owner's closets in the home that you will not have access to. Access to the property is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.

There are three bedrooms, one primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite includes a walk-in shower and double vanity. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and share a bathroom with tub/shower combo and single vanity. There is a dining room with seating for 6 guests and laundry facilities. A full kitchen is stocked with essentials and opens to the living room. The living room opens up to a covered patio with outdoor fireplace, outdoor living furniture, and outdoor dining for 6. There is also a half-bath located off of the patio. The pool/spa overlooks Lake Thurmond and has outdoor seating as well. The golf area is adjacent to the outdoor living space. The pickle ball court is located on the driveway. If you wish to use, staff will need to be notified prior to your arrival and you will need to park in the pull-in in front of the main home.

The area is best enjoyed with personal vehicle. No public transportation is available in this location nor is Uber or Lyft.
Guests do not have access to the Garage.
