Your Hochatown adventure begins at this terrific 2-bedroom cabin. With a cozy king bed, a charming bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top, AND a trundle, this adorable retreat is perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, heating, indoor wood burning fireplace and a washing machine and dryer during your stay. Unwind in this peaceful neighborhood with very little traffic, yet close to everything! Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Hochatown and my cabin has to offer.

The solid wood floors have just been resurfaced, therefore if you are bringing dogs, you will be required to pay a non-refundable pet deposit and dogs are required to be crated when you are not in the cabin. Please also make sure your dogs nail are clipped so that they don't scratch the newly surfaced wood floors!

There are three drive way entries into the property, offering you plenty of parking. All merge into a large circle drive that circles behind the cabin, giving you ample space for a parking a boat or ATVs on a trailer!

Only 9.25% taxes at this property vs 16.25% though great location behind MCNB bank!

This cabin has a lot of sentimental value to the owner and therefore has not been on the rental market until now. We hope you love it (and take care of it) as much as we do.
