Charming 1900's Victorian home located in the heart of Fountain Square. Tons of character fill this updated 1300 square foot home with old world charm and decorations from around the word. Surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, and 3 min to downtown Indianapolis, Lucas Oil or Bankers Life Field house..

Step into a beautiful, warm and inviting space filled that is quaint from the outside and offers tons of space to move around on the inside.

The home is 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room, library, living room and smart TV. There is a lovely fenced in back yard to gather around or relax in a hammock.
The master bedroom has a glorious memory foam queen size mattress. The guest bedroom has a beautiful twin daybed with a pull out twin trundle underneath. Both mattress are also memory foam. The twin mattresses can surprisingly fit cuddling couples comfortably.

This home will put you in the center of hip Fountain Square, named one of the 6 cultural neighborhoods of Indianapolis. Fountain Square is enjoying a facelift of new and old homes. The neighborhood is diverse and boasts of history as it transitions into a funky place to live. We are just a block away from Virginia Avenue filled with trendy restaurants, duck pin bowling, coffee shops, music venues, bars, brewery's, Mexican spots, English pubs, burger joints, Peruvian and Greek food.

Just You will enjoy the best of both quaint and urban living. Just 1.5 miles southeast of downtown, Fountain Square is just a 5 min drive to downtown, Lucas Oil, Bankers Life Field house, and other sporting events. Our funky Indianapolis neighborhood has a world of independent restaurants, live music and performance, working artists with a vibrant arts scene, and one-of-a-kind stores that sell food, fashion, comics, musical instruments, fresh flowers, and so much more. In my opinion Fountain Square is the coolest of all the downtown neighborhood with down to earth people and a cool hipster vibe.

This home was such a delight to stay in, I can't recommend it enough. Check-in seamless and Sivan incredibly helpful providing recommendations before we arrived. We stayed for 5 nights for GenCon and along with being in a really adorable neighborhood, the home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was great and the fridge was big enough for us the whole trip. All in all a great home with a great homeowner!

Wonderful

This is a very nice and clean home comes with everything you need and more. The host is very helpful and super attentive to all your questions and concerns. We came here for our daughter’s softball tournament and the house was only about 25 minutes to Grand Park. We would gladly stay her another time. It was a wonderful experience all around

Exactly what we were looking for!

We needed a month-long, pet-friendly accomodation for a work trip, and we found exactly what we were looking for here! The apartment was well-appointed with absolutely everything we needed, including comfortable bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, plentiful cleaning supplies and a wonderful porch and backyard. The property was clean and it was easy to find everything we needed. Sivan was a superb host who made sure that we were comfortable and happy, and she was very responsive and proactive when we had an unexpected issue with the boiler. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Outstanding accomodations with exeptional service to match.

My wife, daughter, daughter’s fiancée, and I had the pleasure of staying at this property during a visit to Indianapolis for a football game. From the first contact through check out, Sivan was an exceptional host and truly made us feel at home. The home is in a perfect location to get to the sites of downtown Indy in a quiet safe neighborhood.

The house was perfect!!!!! Super clean and organized in a wonderful & charming neighborhood!!

Sivan the home owner was an absolute delight!!!! The personalized notes that Sivan left for our family were super thoughtful and shows the character and integrity of the home owner. I would absolutely recommend this property for future renters and would totally rent it again if we go back. The home is conveniently located to the downtown area and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops that are super retro and cool in the fountain square area. The beauty and charm of the home are extremely impressive. I could go on and on raving about the home but it is definitely a must see!!!

Immaculate, lovely home in trendy location.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this very lovely, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated home. The owner was extremely helpful by checking on us and providing recommendations for restaurants which we used. We would definitely stay here again. Great home and location walking distance to the trendy Fountain Square area.

Great location and a great place to stay.

My boys and I were attending a conference at the Lucas Oil Stadium. This was the perfect location. House was comfortable and away from the hectic city. We really had a great time.

Charming house in a great location.

Sivan was a great hostess and went out of her way to make us feel welcome in her lovely home, through notes, proactive communications, recommendations, and little amenities like snacks and beers in the fridge. We'd definitely stay at her place again!

Great House, Excellent Location

We needed an option coming to Indy for a gymnastics event, as all the downtown hotels were sold out. This house is located less than 10 minutes from the Convention Center and was a great option. The house is actually a duplex. It's not very wide but it is long with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room is nice with a comfy couch to sit on. There aren't any real chairs in the living room. The staircase is narrow but a reflection of the architecture. The bedrooms are all upstairs. The master is in the back, and a guest room in the front. The pictures don't do the front room justice; there's a room with a trundle bed inside the door, but deeper into the room is a loft-type room with sloped ceilings that holds the air mattress. There is no separation between these two areas. There's only one full bathroom upstairs, so if you're coming with more than 3-4 people that might be problematic. The bathroom is nice with a double sink vanity and a skylight. The water was always hot when we needed it. The house had robust internet both up and downstairs. There's no cable TV but more shows than you could watch on Netflix and Amazon Prime, available on the smart TV downstairs. There are no TV's upstairs. All in all, if you're looking for a better priced option than a hotel downtown and without the hassle...this is a great house in a great spot.

Quaint, very clean, comfortable

The home is super clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space for friends to gather. Back deck with adirondack chairs perfect for relaxing and front porch fun for people watching. Only thing lacking was closet space. Fountain Square was a ten minute walk with a variety of bars & restaurants. Downtown Indy was a 2.5 mile Uber ride ($6). Owner, Sivan was very helpful and accommodating. She was just a text message away if you needed anything.

Wondeful home close to downtown Indy!

We picked the perfect place for a weekend stay in Indy! The owner was delightful to work with and everything about our stay was great. The inside of this home is decorated with many interesting and colorful pieces of art the owner has collected during her world travels. It's clean, spacious, and we would definitely stay again rather than booking at a hotel. Thanks, Sivan, for your hospitality and sharing your home with us!

Wonderful house and experience!

The house is definitely the cutest and best-kept on the street. Once inside it is very comfortable, roomy and adorable. Sivan is extremely hospitable and easy to work with and contact. She was very professional and had everything there that guests may need. We had plenty of room with 4 people and 2 small children. We also walked to restaurants and coffee bars and went for a morning run into downtown. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will stay here again if we come back to Indy!

Very well kept and awesome customer experience.

Perfect location in a setting that brings you back to the good ole days. Uber to downtown for 3 bucks. Unreal. Private and well maintained with all the amenities.

Great property is a fun area.

This house was lovely and functional. Nice kitchen even though there are a lot of fun places to eat out. TV has Amazon Prime and Netflix if you have a stay at home night. Off street parking in the back was great because I had a lot of things in the car and this was very safe. The owner was available for questions and cared about her property and guest needs. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this property! Thanks
