The Nest - Spacious Luxury Loft in Toronto with Den. Street car accessible!
Welcome to my Toronto condo! If you enjoy the mix of city life and a cozy retreat, you’re in the right place. This spot blends comfort and a bit of charm, and I hope it feels as peaceful for you as it does for me. My home is featured on Home Exchange and you can see screenshots of all the wonderful reviews in the photo gallery!
Built in 1910, my home has that classic New York loft vibe. You’ll love the open concept living space on the penthouse level. Whether you want to practice yoga by the window or curl up with a book under the skylight, there’s a cozy spot for you. Due to its age, sound does tend to travel - and neighbours are very cognizant of that. We ask you to be just as diligent and supportive in contributing to the wonderful community at the Noble Street Lofts.
The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need: a soda stream, toaster, microwave, and all the pots and pans you might want. There’s space for dining at the bar or lounging in the family room. You can kick back on the green suede couch or relax on the colorful floor pillows while enjoying the view of the sky.
You’ll find plenty of storage here, too—two big built-in units for clothes, plus extra space for shoes and cleaning supplies. The bathroom is updated with heated floors and stocked with Aesop products for a nice touch.
I’m eco-conscious, so you’ll notice little green touches around—like a compost bin and minimal clutter. There are also plants and wellness books for you to enjoy. Feel free to water them and give them your love!
We provide lots of bath towels, fresh linens, dish towels, and a welcome basket with snacks and coffee beans to kickstart your stay.
The Location:
You are in a prime location! Our opinion might be biased as we have lived here for many years, but we truly believe it is an area where you get to feel like a local. Either head West into Parkdale for some authentic food and some cheap eats, or head East on Queen st and take a left on Ossington. It is rated one of the “coolest streets in the world” and offers many gorgeous restaurants, dessert shops, and the famous Sweaty Betty’s dive bar.
Conveniently located in front of a streetcar and a bike share, you can easily travel through the city.
The Kitchen:

-Full sized oven

- microwave
- pots and pans
- pasta strainer
- scissors
- paper towels and kitchen towels
- rasp (or zester)

* If there's something specific you might need for your stay, let us know prior to your arrival and we'll do our best to have it ready for you! *
Welcome to your one-of-a-kind haven.
You will have access to the entire space: kitchen, bathroom, work space, living room and closets. This is not a shared accommodation and you can register a guest at no extra cost. Please just let us know so we leave the appropriate amount of towels and pillows.
I am your co-host (Elisa) and I live closeby. I am very passionate about offering a memorable experience. I encourage you to reach out to me during your stay if you need any recommendations of places to see/eat in the area. If you need a cup of sugar (yes, I have run over to bring a cup of sugar!), more olive oil, or some recipes; I’m happy to be your helpful neighbour!
Living like a Parkdale local or Queen Street savant is my specialty, so please don't hesitate to ask for recommendations to enjoy every moment of your stay. After living in the area for many years, I have endless suggestions for culinary delights! Let me guide you to a memorable stay in Linda's Nest.
There is no parking on the lot, however, there are several Green P parking lots in the area. Download the Green P app to see options in the area. There is also an option to purchase a temporary visitor street parking pass through the City of Toronto. If this is something you will need, please let me know and I will send you all the necessary details to apply for one. Note* it will require you to have a known license plate - so if you are planning to pick up a rental car, you'll have to apply after you have the car in possession.
Since your stay is lengthy, we imagine you may need an extra clean. We are happy to offer a cleaning during your stay. We can pre-arrange this at the time of your booking. We will change the sheets, provide new linens, and clean the unit.

Sobre o anfitrião
Anfitrião: Elisa-Marie Baglione
My name is Elisa and I am hosting on behalf of Linda. I grew up an hour North of the city, but have been living in the area for the last 8 years. I started my first Airbnb in 2014 when I moved to Australia to be a teacher. I had a two bedroom apartment and found comfort in hosting guests from around the world in my spare room. We cooked together, went sight seeing, or sometimes never crossed paths. It was an interesting and enlightening experience where I learned I could give people the gift of lasting memories. I am now hosting 3 units in Linda's building and each one offers a unique getaway. I love making guests feel considered in all the little details. I look forward to bing able to host you!
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
This area is amazing because it is just off of Queen street which is a busy area, but set far back enough that you do not hear the traffic. The street car is steps from the front door, and there are so many restaurants of diverse cuisines. We're walking distance to Ossington street, which was actually voted one of the coolest streets in the world! The Drake hotel is close by which has a super fun Drag Bunch a few times per month, there are little boutique shops and grocery store nearby. Everything you need is in walking distance, but the street car can take you to different parts of the city that you might otherwise not feel like walking to. There is also a bike-share on the street which means you can download an app to rent a bike for a few hours, or for a few days!
