The Space:

This home was built with your vacation in mind! The pool area is a tropical paradise, with a resort style, saltwater heated pool and spa, expansive sun shelf, bubblers and lights, and a waterslide! The covered patio has multiple smart TVs, seating and dining, beverage refrigerator with ice maker and an outdoor grill. Putt-putt and ping pong are also included. All of this sits within the fenced back yard filled with lush native landscaping for privacy and security, which is perfect for families and the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). As you go up to the levels above, you’ll find multiple balconies and a roof top deck with seating and amazing views.



This elegant, nearly 4,000 square foot home provides 5 bedrooms (all with en suite baths) and 5 full baths and 2 half baths. The home comfortably sleeps 16 people in beds via 4 king beds, 1 full over king bunk bed, and 1 full over full bunk bed – please see note above on max occupancy. The great room includes the chef’s kitchen with butler pantry, living space, and dining areas. The chef’s kitchen and butler pantry are fully stocked with all the products and manufacturers that you’ve told us you want in your guest feedback! This home also has a club room. There are huge balconies on each level, and a rooftop deck, all with great views and seating.



Floor Plan Description:



Ground Level:

This home provides free parking for up to 6 vehicles. The home’s beach equipment is stored in the garage, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer here as well for easy cold storage, so your beach prep and breakdown and use of the home and pool is that much easier. The ground level space features a fully fenced backyard with pool and covered patio space. The pool is the paradise as previously described, and the adjacent covered patio includes an open floor plan with soft seating, dining for 10 persons, bar seating for 6, 2 large smart TVs, and a beverage refrigerator with ice maker and an outdoor grill (natural gas). There are ceiling fans throughout, and a ping pong table and putt-putt golf as well. From the ground level, you’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels and rooftop deck above.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

Features the great room with fully stocked chef’s kitchen that includes: a butler pantry, full sized refrigerator and freezer (ice maker), 2 dishwashers, wall mounted double ovens, oversized cooktop with venting hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. You’ll also find a custom dining table for 12, and a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bath here. There is a balcony off this space with dining and seating that extend the living space and offer views inside and out. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has 2 sets of custom-built bunk beds, a full over king bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The laundry room has 2 stackable washer/dryer units.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

The club room includes a half bath, bar area, beverage fridge and ice maker, soft seating and barstools, a living area with a large TV, gaming consoles - Nintendo and PS4. Like the great room, this club room has an amazing balcony space. There are also 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has Gulf views and a private balcony with seating, a king bed, workspace, walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanities, large shower and free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both feature a king bed, en-suite bath, and walk-in shower.



Rooftop Deck:

Stunning views can be expected in almost every direction from this elevated outdoor living space that has a dry bar space, a beverage refrigerator with ice maker, smart TV, and outdoor and bar top seating. It is the perfect space for enjoying sunrises and sunsets, and open views of Lido Key, St. Armand’s Circle, the Gulf of Mexico, and the downtown Sarasota skyline.



Getting Around:

This luxury home on Lido Key has an unbeatable location. It’s steps from the world renown white sand beaches of Lido Key, and just a short walk or bike ride to St. Armand’s Circle where you’ll have access to Lido Key’s best restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more! There is something for everyone in St. Armand’s Circle, from arcades and restaurants to high end retail, and it’s always a guest favorite. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, as well as more fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando, are all just within 30 minutes to 2 hours away!



Other Things to Note:

Per City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance - This home must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights, and it has a max occupancy of 12 adults, *but children under 6 years of age do not count toward the City's max occupancy count. Vunique Vacations restricts the total occupancy of the home to 16 persons, including adults and children under 6 years of age. This home’s City of Sarasota Vacation Rental Certificate of Registration number is VRO#: VR24-00040



This Lido Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
