Come escape to one of our luxurious, 5-bedroom, oceanfront condos. Each of these six units has central AC, beautiful slate flooring, a sizable high-end kitchen, a large living space with TV, a private spa, and a balcony facing the ocean. This vacation property is also wheelchair friendly with elevator access, if needed.

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Great Accommodations!

This place worked well for our family with adult children. Plenty of space for our group of 8 with a nice roomy kitchen with plenty of counter space, ample eating and casual seating space, and nice sized bedrooms. Two parking spots available but our son parked on street each night. Communication was great. View of ocean was spectacular. This place could easily accommodate 5 couples. Did I mention it was very clean?!

Nice location but needed more cleaning

Loved the location and size. Kitchen counters needed to be wiped off and hot tub wasn’t clean so no one wanted to use it.

Breathtaking view & relaxing getaway

This property is breathtaking. Walk in to an ocean view. We initially booked 3 days but decided to splurge on a 4th day and we are glad we did so. The trip was incredibly relaxing with the beautiful view and constant sound of waves crashing. We loved our stay!

Birthday celebration

This rental was as described on VRBO. Clean, spacious and everything we needed. Beautiful view of ocean and loved hearing the waves crash on the shore. Would stay here again.

Cleaning people

Our check in was 4p. When checking in the cleaning people were sitting on the couch and the cleaning wasn’t done. We just had them be done so we could get in as it was a long day. I would rate the inside cleaning a 2 which was disappointing. However the property manager was great to work with.

Great family getaway

We hosted our kids to stay here with us to celebrate our birthdays. The location was great. Never heard any noise from the other 5 units. The location was great. Not far from the pier and beach area. The area over all had a safe feeling. Everything was great. We truly enjoyed our stay and didn't really leave the property

USMC 20 year Reunion

Had a wonderful time very spacious unit. we rented 6 bdrm 5 bathroom unit. We enjoyed the rooftop patio where we all can hangout we had the rooftop bedroom as well. kitchen was well equipped and spacious. unit was well kept up and clean. bedrooms have more than enough space. Great location only minutes from downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad.

Perfect location!

This place is beautiful! Perfect location to hear and see the ocean. Short walk to the Coaster station and restaurants and bars. We saw dolphins every day. The only complaint we had was the floors and the oven were not cleaned prior to us arriving. There were crumbs and rice on the kitchen floor. They offered to come and touch up the floors but there were 10 of us so we opted to clean it ourselves. That being said we would definitely stay here again!

Sheets not changed

It is a great property with great views and a small market just 1 block away. I down graded them for cleanliness because my 39 year old daughter found sand between the sheets at the foot of her bed on the first night of our stay.

Thanksgiving family retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely, the accommodations were more than my family expected. Every room a delight. The kitchen was fully equipped to handle any occasion. Views awesome a truly epic holiday for our family. There was a glitch with the codes checking in which on a rainy day was stressful foe the hostess, me! Your response time was great very quick & efficient. It was difficult to get out of parking garage on Wednesday evening had to go to outside gat to open inside gate. This is just to let you know so you can check it. Count on us to do this again, wonderful!!!! Nancy Peterson

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time here. The place was spotless. The location was perfect. The view from the roof top made a great photo opportunity for a family picture. I didn't realize the roof was a shared location with the other unit. It is only separated be a rope. It would be nice to have more privacy with more than a rope. We had a great view of the ocean. The pier is walking distance of about 1 mile and plenty of restaunts to walk to, without the traffic since it's about 1 mile. The trail ends in front of the unit, so there is not a lot of foot traffic so we got privacy. I reported a window that didn't close and someone came within the hour to fix it. I would stay here again and hopefully longer.

Oceanside family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company very responsive and easy to work with. Several maintenance issues were cleared up quickly. View is outstanding and house was very comfortable for large multi-generation family group. Rooftop area was wonderful except awkward when shared with other renters..total lack privacy. Biggest complaint is that the floor throughout the unit was filthy. Our granddaughters feet, hands (entire body of crawling baby) were completely covered in brown filth. We even mopped the floor each day and couldn't get the grime up. The common areas of hallways and elevator were also quite dirty. KEY concierge service worked great for baby rentals.

A great beachfront rental for families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 7 nights in 809D Pacific and loved our stay. The main floor was very commodious and well-decorated.We especially appreciated the ADA room because our sister is handicapped, and we appreciated the elevator which allowed her to participate fully in our events. The rooms on the main floor were well furnished and attractive, quite large enough for whole family gatherings. The layout of the property was very inventive, allowing us to get to the spa, the "penthouse" bedroom, and down to the beach easily. The two parking spaces were a plus, and we were glad to have a permit for a third car in a nearby lot. The deck on the third floor was magnificent, and we had two meals and lots of relaxing cups of coffee in the morning up there. The "penthouse" bedroom needs a new dresser, but otherwise it was well decorated and even featured a refrigerator. Two windows of the "penthouse" needed to be fixed; the person who slept there did not feel completely secure. Everything was clean and supplies provided as stated. The staff were very friendly and very helpful -- a delight. We mostly ate "in" because we were so large, but we enjoyed a meal out at the King Fish Restaurant in Carlsbad -- great seafood; ask for Kelly, our outgoing and informative waitress.

Christmas at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Home was clean, easy to get into to, very roomy and worked very well for the 15 of us. The view is incredible!! kitchen was well stocked, even had a spice rack which made cooking easier. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Once we figured out the thermostat we were very comfortable. Plenty of room for the trash and recycling too. Very well stocked. great location, easy parking underneath, and at the street. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were great, sheets soft. Cons: bedroom window in the Pearl room does not shut (so that room got pretty chilly at night), toilets are on a sump pump so they take forever to fill back up, which means, you can not flush twice in 5 minutes unless you get a cup and fill up the tank. needs a few extra blankets to have one for every window bed/seat, hottub is in a terrible location. the firepit is tiny (although, run by gas and they were full tanks) and if you have neighbors you share the rooftop, there is a rope that separates the two halves. Overall it is a great place, and if we have this many folks, we would certainly stay there again.

Find another place!

Within the first 18 hours in the property, we had the fire department come twice and the police department once. All the fire alarms went off the first night twice and the fire department came and reset once and then had to remove the second time. The fire department was clear in advising us they’d been at this unit multiple times for faulty wiring. There was no answer at the management company’s off hours emergency number. The next morning, our family’s car was broken into and damaged in the building garage, prompting the police call. Upon calling the management office to request the security tape from garage camera, we were told the camera doesn’t work. Management did send someone to replace the smoke detectors but they went off again and also had to be disconnected. Upon speaking with the management office again they were extremely dismissive and never sent anyone back to fix. This may not be a big issue for some, but one of our guests just had their house burn down a few months ago and lost everything. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation but to see someone crying uncontrollably due to that trauma when the piercing alarms went off was so upsetting. As for the car break in, the response from management was “not our responsibility”. So in addition to our emotional toll, there was additional financial cost incurred. The townhouse is not in a safe area. There is not a beach in front just boulders. Highly recommend avoiding this property and management company. VRBO should drop from their client list. Why associate with a company who does not share your good customer relations values.
