Spanish Main Unit 39 is a spacious 3 bedroom oceanfront condo designed for effortless beach days and easy gatherings. Managed by Happy Palm Stays, this upgraded retreat sits directly on the sand with sweeping views of the Atlantic and the sparkling pool. Start your morning with coffee and sea breezes, spend the day between the beach and the oceanfront heated pool, then fire up the community BBQs for a relaxed coastal evening. 🌊

Inside, enjoy a modernized open layout with plush seating and four large TVs for movie nights and game days. The flexible sleep setup includes two king beds and two twin beds, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together. A fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and stocked beach gear keep everything simple so you can focus on fun. ☀️

Lovely stay at this three bedroom condo! Love the view, condo was very well stocked and clean. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Loved spending some time at this property. Very clean, in an ideal spot with beach access. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great as well. Loved that there is a washer/dryer in the unit.

Beautiful location!! Fabulous balcony! We loved having beach chairs and boogie boards available. Beds very comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. Surprised the bathrooms don’t have vents and the ice maker did not work. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect spot!

Great location with easy access to a quiet part of the beach. The pool was clean and always warm. Check in was simple and communication was easy. Would certainly stay again!

Great beach front property

We had an excellent time, very close to lots of activities. The pool was fantastic to be at opposite the beach.

Comfortable w/ easy beach access!

We really enjoy our stay. It is very comfortable and easy, nice beach view and access! It was perfect for a relaxing time. It is also very close to Kennedy Space Center for a unique experience. Everything was clean with very easy instructions for check in, access and check out.

Great location.

Great having the beach and pool option. Close to a lot of great things to see and do. Only about an hour from Orlando attractions. Very family friendly. Nice to have the kitchen to save money.

Great Place

This place was great location to everything we wanted and needed. Beautiful place to stay and Steve and Bri were so great to work with. We travel to this location every year and I think after staying in this place we know where we want to stay next year as well! Very Friendly, helpful and available.

Beach beach beach..

Another great stay at the spanish main. If you love to be steps from the beach, listening to the waves..bask in the sun, these condos are the best. Reasonably priced with ample room. We love staying there and will again in the not so distant future.

Family reunion

Overall great place to stay on the beach. Condo was in a great location with plenty of restaurants close by. Nice pool and directly on the beach. I wish the living room would've had a little more seating as we had six adults. The bedrooms were good size with Kings in 2 of the 3 rooms. I would stay again!

Beautiful, clean, amazing views

We came to Cocoa for our honeymoon. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, great location, and has outstanding views. Only con being that the beds are not the most comfortable. Also, a side note for others like myself, the WiFi is not the greatest and our AT&T phones didn’t get great service but that allowed us to enjoy our vacation, more! We had a great stay & would stay here again if we ever come back to Cocoa!

Great vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean room and pool, the room was accurately pictured with great beach access in a less crowded area of the beach. Check in and parking were very convenient. The only reason we give 4 stars instead of 5 overall was because the beds were very loud. The mattresses are fairly thin and they creak against the frame every time you move. Apart from that, everything was excellent!
