We are new to Vrbo but we have hosted more than a hundred visits via Rbnb and homeexchange with consistent five-star reviews.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Altea bay from our two large and south-facing terraces. You will delight in spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and 12 hours of direct sunshine a day. Discover the nice and beautifully sand beaches of Calpe and its promenade with restaurants - just 10 km from the property.

This unique townhome is located 7 Km from Altea, in a magnificent natural setting and within walking distance of the main natural wonders of the area: the striking cliffs and cove of Morro de Toix, and the magnificent and imposing Mascarat Gorge. You can also enjoy the Waterfalls of the "Fonts d'Algar", the "Castell de Quadelest" in the mountains. Enjoy visiting the old town of Altea with its white houses and narrow streets up to the church. Hiking trails abound within walking distance of the property. You can ascend the Penon de Ifach, near Calpe, which has its own nature reserve and some of the best views on the Costa Blanca. Minutes from the three beaches of Mascarat (1.1Km) and Calpe (8, 9 Km). Marina 1.9 km, yacht harbor 1.9 km, Golf 8.8 km. Other nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Altea, Calpe, and Benidorm. You will need a car.

Pueblo Mascarat is at the center of it all – while offering a relaxed, calm and serene atmosphere. The charming Marina of Pueblo Mascarat offers a number of activities (sailing, diving, kayaking) and a variety of restaurants. The coastal region around Pueblo Mascarat enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination. Winter days are also, for the most part, sunny and comfortable.

Sitting between the busy resort of Benidorm 20 Km to the south, the beautiful Altea minutes away, and Calpe with its majestic Ifach rock to the north, Pueblo Mascarat is a great location to explore the 200 kilometers of the Costa Blanca coastline, its mountains and seemingly endless attractions. Benidorm is the mega-resort of the area - with bars, discotheques and an energetic nightlife. Altea is just 10 kilometers from Mascarat and is a jewel in terms of its beauty and cultural attractions. The beautiful blue-and-white tiled church dome peeking out among the glistening white houses in Altea’s old town has become an icon of the Costa Blanca. There are two main areas – along the beach and up in the old town. Altea old town looks typically Spanish with its pretty, narrow cobbled streets with white houses leading up to a beautiful central square. The whitewashed houses provide a clean canvas for the flowerbeds bursting with Mediterranean colors. It’s a charming place to wander through the little streets finding fabulous, family-run shops and restaurants while stumbling across some historic buildings.

Two international airports to choose from (Alicante 75 Km and Valencia 145 Km). On request: transfer from the airport, and pre-arrival grocery shopping. Supermarket 4.2 km (MasyMas on N-332), restaurants and bars 2.5 Km. The area is serviced by renfe (the national train service) and the local Tram that connects the area’s towns from Alicante in the south, to Denia in the north. The nearest bus, train and Tram station is in Calpe (10 Km).

This fully air-conditioned property has 136 square meters plus two large terraces. One in the main floor, a second one on the top floor where the main suite is located. Two double bed rooms, plus one bedroom with two single beds . There are two full bathrooms plus one w/c in the main floor. The bathrooms have bath-Jaccuzi-shower, bidet, toilet, and basin. One bathroom is attached to the main suite. The second bathroom is in the lower floor and services bedrooms 2, 3 and 4. All rooms have ample wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with full dinnerware, full cookware and refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, a/c and heating, iron and ironing table, and drying rack.

Please inform us the nature (family, friends, other) and ages of your group. Our community is a residential/family complex, and we avoid renting to non-family groups that might disturb in any way our neighbors (loud music, inappropriate behavior etc.).
