Inside, you can cozy up and chat by the fireplace, sit back and relax in the jetted tub, or play air-hockey with the kids. This cabin is yours to enjoy ā€“ stress-free.

The wood interior and beautiful dƩcor will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully-stocked, ready for home-cooked meals. Plus, the game room and outdoor spaces are great for relaxing, catching up, and just taking in the views.

The Appalachian Dream Cabin is just a few minutes from downtown Marion. Itā€™s a quiet town where you'll find amazing local restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, and more ā€” or you can take a scenic drive to nearby antique stores, snow tubing at Hawkā€™s Nest, and amazing mountain overlooks with snowy peaks.

Beautiful location. Outdoor space was amazing for hanging out. I would 100% come back here and highly recommend it to others. Plenty of bathrooms. Downstairs space for hanging out was great for those who wanted TV and games.

Great, clean cabin with an amazing view! Very cozy home that was welcoming the minute we stepped in the door. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal. Plenty of towels in all bathrooms. Very cool downstairs area with air hockey, table to play games, and big screen TV. Would highly recommend! Note...only one star for skiing because we did not ski and VRBO makes you put a rating in.

Wonderful, secluded cabin with amazing view. Loved the firepit and jacuzzi tub. Had everything we needed. The driveway is very steep but had no problem in my Camry getting up it in September. Would probably need awd if weather was wintry. Would love to return in the future!!

The view is stunning!! We kept rushing back home to sit outside and enjoy the view!! Michael was amazing w his communication and always responded immediately! The house was just as described. Plenty of room for 3 generations to meet and spend a weekend. Marion has places to eat and Asheville is an easy 40 min drive. Iā€™d recommend driving an suv to get up and down the driveway. Lots of out door areas to sit and enjoy the view!! View from inside was amazing too! Just canā€™t say enough good things about this home!

We found the cabin clean with ample and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked. The setting and views are very nice. Great sunsets. A great place to rest and relax for a team of six men doing Hurricane Helene recovery volunteer work.

The house and our stay were both amazing! This was such a relaxing place to stay with our two families, both with young children, age 2-4. We got to enjoy the mountain views directly from the main living area as we cooked and relaxed in the main living area. Everything was very clean and the host provided extremely clear information about the home and the surrounding area. Overall excellent weekend!

Awesome Spring Break!

We had a wonderful visit in in Marion and surrounding towns for a spring break stay. Michael gave us tips on local playgrounds and fun things for our kids to see. The cabin was awesome and perfect for our stay - we are already looking at dates so we can return!

Dream Cabin

We have now visited this amazing place six times now, and for good reason. We all love coming here for the views, the fire pit, the seclusion, the thoughtful touches, and of course, the air hockey. The owner does a phenomenal job of upkeep and upgrades. The cabin itself is our dream cabin (maybe someday!), with the perfect layout, and perfect view. I personally just sit and stare, which is rare for me, but I just want to take it in. The cabin is a short distance to great restaurants & desserts, and of course hiking. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I began vacationing to the area about 10 years ago while in college at Auburn University. Hiking, snow tubing, and escaping the hot humid summers down south were just a few reasons to start. As the years went by I became more knowledgeable about the area and shared the knowledge with family and friends. My family and I have been blessed with many wonderful memories in the mountains of North Carolina. We hope to have many more to come.

I decided to buy this property because of the outstanding mountain views, beautiful cabin, and central location to many area attractions. No matter what time of day or season the view is always spectacular. One step inside the great room and I knew this was my dream cabin. All the beautiful interior wood from floor to wall to ceiling is very impressive. Also, the property consists of over 2 acres at the top of a mountain ridge. The property is only a short few minutes to downtown Marion. (Just 10 minutes)

The cabin is spacious, but cozy. It is decorated with casual elegance and the furniture has been chosen with comfort in mind. The cabin features three floors. There is one bedroom on each floor for maximum privacy. It is not only close to Marion, but to many other attractions like Pisgah National Forest, Lake Lure, Lake James, Mount Mitchell, Blue Ridge Parkway, local wineries and vineyards, waterfalls, tubing, kayaking, swimming, Chimney Rock, Biltmore Estate, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, Boone, Blowing Rock, and more.
