Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate termination, additional fees, or loss of the security deposit. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 1. Amenities Usage & Decorations: Please enjoy the coffee and tea provided as a courtesy, but we kindly ask that you use them thoughtfully and avoid waste. Our decorations are carefully selected to enhance the ambiance and comfort of the space. Please refrain from taking any decorations home with you so that future guests can enjoy them as well and everyone can have a pleasant experience.

2. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated smoking areas outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Violating this rule will result in a non-negotiable fine of US$500 in accordance with building policy.

3. Drugs and Illegal Activities: The use of drugs and the conduct of illegal activities on the property are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and notification to the appropriate authorities.

4. Parties and Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed on the premises. Our property is located in a residential area, and we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all. Breaching this rule may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.

5. Visitors: The number of guests specified in the booking confirmation is the maximum allowed on the property. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance, with an additional charge of $50 per person per night. Our Trust and Safety Manager will enforce occupancy rules through our front door surveillance protocol, ensuring the security and well-being of all residents.

6. Noise and Neighborhood Courtesy: Guests are requested to maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This includes minimizing loud music, television noise, and other disturbances. Please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from excessive noise during these hours.

7. Damages and Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay. Please report any accidents or issues immediately so they can be addressed promptly.

8. Safety and Security: Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the property. We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

9. Kitchen: Our kitchen is available for your use. Please clean up after cooking and wash the dishes, utensils, and appliances you use. A large kitchen garbage bin is provided for waste disposal and recycling.

10. Cooking Ingredients: To protect the health of our guests and minimize the risk of transmission through shared supplies, we kindly ask guests to bring their own cooking ingredients such as oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings.

11. Children: The apartment is suitable for children aged 2 years and older but is not infant-proof. Please supervise children at all times, especially in potentially hazardous areas such as balconies, stairs, rooftops, or near any equipment or appliances that may pose a risk.

12. Pets: We have a strict no-pets policy to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies.

13. Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of garbage regularly in the designated bins and follow local recycling guidelines. Help us maintain cleanliness by properly segregating waste into the provided bins.

14. Resource Saving: Please use water, electricity, and other utilities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.

15. Towels and Linens: Please do not use hair coloring in the bathroom as it may stain the floor and the tub. Do not use towels for makeup removal or to clean spills. Specific cleaning supplies are provided for such purposes.
