Trevi Luxury Maison is the only private apartment which offers you a front view of the magnificent Trevi Fountain. Its 40 square meters are a real concentration of taste and elegance.
It consists of one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a living room with the exclusive overlooking the magnificent Trevi Fountain, a double sofa bed available in the living room
The use of quality materials, the refined furniture and the unique location, in one of the most exclusive places in the world, make it the ideal place for unforgettable stays!
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, safety box, smart TV LCD.

The metro station Barberini (red line) is just a few minutes away and the stop of many buses is 100 meters from the apartment.

Touristic tax is not included and must be paid by cash at the arrival, it is 6 euro per person per day.
Please note that there is an extra cherge for late checkin, it is 30 euro after 9 pm and 50 euro after midnight.

Awesome location

Great central location with amazing views of the Trevi Fountain. We were concerned it would be noisy but with the windows closed itā€™s completely silent. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect apartment to view Trevi fountain. The apartment is clean and safe. The host and associates were kind and easy to communicate with before and during out stay. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this property.

Fairytale Location!

The most amazing location in all of Rome! Literally open your window to the Fontana Di Trevi. Sound proof windows to drown out any noise from the crowds. Walking distance to most sites and restaurants. Hosts were absolutely amazing. SUPER FAST internet. Free minibar for guests. Cool AC to escape the hot Roman sun. This place was has it all! If I could give it 50 stars, I would.

Perfection in Rome!

This was as perfect as they come! Raffaella coordinated a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us directly to the unit where she and her daughter greeted us warmly. The unit was available early which we very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The unit is absolutely perfect, in a great area in Rome. You can walk practically anywhere. The bed and sleeper sofa along with the pillows were super comfortable. If you are ready this review, please donā€™t miss out on this piece of Roman perfection. I wouldnā€™t want to stay anywhere else!

Lovely, stylish apartment, perfectly located

My wife and I had an amazing weekend in Rome . The apartment is beautifully styled and immaculately clean. Raffaella left flowers, a bottle of Prosecco for my wifeā€™s birthday, a fridge full of drinks and snacks, coffee pods, toiletries, slippers etc etc. I would recommend the apartment to anyone, and we will definitely return. Donā€™t miss out on the best apartment in Rome, book it now

Location, location, location!

What an experience! Not just a great comfortable apartment but a view of views. It is so nice to people watch at one of the worlds most recognizable landmarks without actually being amongst them. We would set up the tall kitchen chairs in the window with a glass of wine and watch the activities. Plus our host Rafealla left us fresh fruit and bubbly.

Raffaella is such a amazing host! The place is beautiful and well maintained, and that view!!! Well, I can't speak highly enough about our experience, the welcome, the helpful hints, the snacks and the attention to detail, Raffaella made sure everything was great for us. She also checked in to be sure if we needed more towels or anything during our stay. The only disappointment was having to leave. Grazie mille Raffaella

Perfect location!

Everything about this place is true to its listing. Communication with Raffaella leading up to our stay was seamless, and meeting at the apartment when we got there worked out great. The space is clean and has everything you need (including a bowl of fruit, snacks, coffee and tea, and even slippers). More than anything else, you can't beat the location. It is literally across from Trevi Fountain. We enjoyed watching the crowds from the windows (even witnessed a few proposals!). I would suggest traveling with ear plugs, as people visit the fountain well into the night and they can be loud at times. Other than the noise, the only downfall is the roasted chestnut vendor that sets up shop in the alleyway. At first I liked the smell, but after while, it started to get to me. We were very pleased with the apartment and would recommend it to anyone!

Stunning rental

This rental is even better in person. It's flawless. We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and a magical view. Beautifully decorated with everything you need and more (slippers, umbrellas, espresso and bottled water) Great attention to detail. Everything is within walking distance. Hidden gem in the middle of Rome

Trevi Luxury Maison is the kind of place you donĀ“t want to tell anyone about it because you donĀ“t want it to get crowded and not available for yourself, it really is a hidden gem in the heart of Rome. After a long and exhausting search for the perfect spot to stay in Rome, I was lucky enough to stumble across RaffaellaĀ“s Trevi Luxury Maison on homeaway. My inquiery was answered immediatly and although I was very sceptical, because the pictures looked to good to be true, everything went smoothly from there. Raffaella was so helpful and answered every question I had, she even arranged transfer from the airport for us. Which was very convenient. The driver brought us right to the appartement and helped with our luggage. We were the first guests to stay there as it was just recently renovated. Raffaella and her husband were there to greet us with a bunch of fresh flowers on the table and a fruit basket - very welcoming. We loved Trevi Luxury Maison from the minute we stepped in. It has the most perfect view on the Trevi fountain that takes your breath away and it is beautifuly furnished (see pictures) and very well equipped. You will find everything from cooking equipment to cotton pads, umbrellas to a travel guide and so on. They thought of literally everything you could need for your holiday which makes it so relaxing. Not only is the appartment itself perfect but it is in a perfect location. In front of the Trevi fountain and all the sights within walking distance, restaurants and markets just around the corner where you can get everything from fresh fruits, crepes and pizza to souvenirs, shoes, bags etc. Just downstairs thereĀ“s a cafe and a small shop where you can get the basics. When we were to lazy to make breakfast ourselves we just went down and picked up coffee & sandwiches which was perfect. I was a little concerned about the sound level of the fountain and all the tourists outside at first, but we adjusted quickly and honestly whats the point of staying in the middle of everything, so close to the fountain and not hearing it. I loved looking at it in the evening with a tea in my hand and the bubbling of the fountain when it lulled us to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Just downstairs thereĀ“s a cafe and a small shop where you can get the basics. When we were to lazy to make breakfast ourselves we just went down and picked up coffee & sandwiches which was perfect. In a nutshell: perfect appartement, perfect hosts, perfect location
