The space
Spring Creek Oasis includes an entire 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation home with a full size, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry closet. The two bedrooms each boast a queen size bed, with a wardrobe for all your storage needs, along with a luggage rack, and wall size windows for an amazing view to wake up to. The living room has a 65 in widescreen tv with all the streaming capabilities along with a couch that folds down for your sleeping comfort. There is just enough space in between the living room and dining room to press a button and watch the queen size air mattress self-inflate to accommodate the maximum sleeping capacity when needed.

The property has an RV pad for your extended family/friends to join for an additional charge. Water and a 50amp outlet provided.

Guest access
Once you enter the gate code, the automatic gate opens up access to an incredible 40+ acres of country living. The property has a convenient smart lock entry for self-check in. Enjoy the outdoor seating around the firepit, take a dip in the hot tub all year round, or sit back and relax on the porch swing while watching the deer graze in the distance. Take a stroll through the wilderness to explore nature trails, find the SPRING CREEK stocked with gold fish to feed, follow the trail to lead you to a second area to enjoy another spot for a picnic, fire, or just hang around in the hammocks spread around the property. Near the front of the property you will find the RV pad and hook ups as well as an old house for a photo op, but please do not try to enter the home.
Other things to note
Please Adhere to property restrictions including:
1.) NO hunting or shooting anywhere on the property.
2.) Absolutely No smoking allowed inside or near the house/hot tub
3.) No pets/animals allowed
4.) Please do not access or disturb the old house on the property.
5.) No undisclosed parties or events.
6.) No unattended children in hot tub or near any water.
7.) Be safe, responsible, and respectful.
