The heart of the home is the open living area, where you can gather around the cozy gas log fireplace after a day on the slopes. A large table seats 12, and additional settings can be placed at the kitchen bar, and outside at the picnic table on the 1st floor balcony. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large walk-in pantry, makes preparing meals a breeze. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a private nook with a desk and bookshelves perfect for catching up on work or planning your next adventure.

The back patio has a private 6-person jetted and lit hot tub, a fire pit, seating, and gas grill.

Under the first floor is the heated two-car garage where you’ll find a pingpong table, a rack for skis, poles, and snowboards. A custom drying rack blows dry air into six pairs of ski boots and six pairs of gloves. There are hooks to hang up any jackets or other clothing that needs drying. The full size washer and dryer are in a small laundry room just off of the garage. Please bring your own laundry detergent.

The master bedroom is on the second floor with a king size bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a spacious tile shower. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bath/shower. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed. The other bedroom has a twin over queen size bunk bed.

On the third floor is a seating area with a full-size sleeper sofa and a balcony with the best view of the incredible sunrise over the mountains. Additionally there’s a full bathroom (with bath/shower) and a bedroom with two twin over queen bunk beds.

All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs, nice closets, and dressers. Every bathroom has shower dispensers with TRESemmé shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Tankless hot water heater means you will never run out of hot water.
