You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Come and feed out horses, or relax in the cozy camper equipped with a kitchen. Outdoor dining, Wi-Fi, and nearby hiking trails enhance your stay. Ideal for a peaceful getaway, romantic escape, or family adventure.

Complementary supplies provided on arrival, but cannot be refilled.
Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and may result in a booking cancellation
Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the camper
Maintenance personnel may service the unit from time to time to include general maintenance, housekeeping, & pest control. We may not be able to inform you when the maintenance personnel will arrive.
Smoking fee $300
Item return fee is $25 + cost of shipping

Flexible Check-in Option: Check-in between 1 PM and standard check-in time: $25 per hour.
Check-in before 1 PM: Pay the previous night's rate.

Please note that early check-in or late check-out requests are not guaranteed at the hourly rate (25$ per hour), as it depends on the cleaner finishing early on check-in day. For a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to pay the previous night's rate.
