Each unit features a kitchen, king-size bed, smart TV, and high-speed internet. Enjoy shared amenities like the pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), gaming area, and rooftop. Photos show the style; your unit may vary but is equally well designed. Guests must be 21 or older, and a valid government ID is required for each guest staying.



The Space:

Each unit consists of:

• 1 Bedrooms - each with a king sized bed

• 1 bathrooms

• Queen sofa pull-out in each of the living rooms

• High-speed Wi-Fi

• Smart TV

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Washer/dryer in unit

• Central heat and air

• Lockbox entry

• Ring doorbell on the outside of the door.

** We are only able to provide 1 fob per unit which also allows you 1 parking space**



Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Outdoor Pool: Open Memorial Day–Labor Day.
