It is 3.8 miles to Disney World and 14.8 miles to Universal Studios.

The amenities fee of $59 per unit per week, which is not mandatory covers the use of WiFi, Bicycle , Paddle Boats, Gym and the 18 hole miniature Golf course.

There is optional: $25 fee per person per day fee for the Waterpark. Children under 3 are free.
