The house and rooms were of great size with the exception of the kitchen. Kitchen was somewhat smaller but we were able to make it work. The biggest disappointment was the amenities in the kitchen. Not enough silverware… no cutting board….can opener did not work and was lacking overall. We cooked a great deal since we were there over Thanksgiving, which is why this impacted us. Posting stated it was a chefs kitchen and it was far from it. Otherwise, the house met our needs.

The cabin was very nice but could use a deep clean. The pool was a nice but the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. There were broken toys in and around the pool area. The host was prompt on answering my questions, but most of the answers were incorrect. I asked if there were any pack and plays for kids, he said no, but there were 3 in the cabin. I asked if there was an outdoor wood fire pit. He said no, there was. He said the grill was charcoal, it was gas. Overall it was a great trip and we would return.

The home is beautiful, and perfect for a large family of all ages. Lovely decor, bedrooms are huge and beds were SO comfortable. The attached recreation area with indoor pool and putting greens were very nice to have, however there are quite a few light bulbs that need to be replaced in the putting green area. Noticed the neighbors' similar areas were much better lit. Other than that everything was in good working order. We had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing time at this cabin. There is so much for kids of all ages to do! The kids and adult kids enjoyed the game room upstairs and we all enjoyed the putt putt golf area. We loved the big table in the kitchen/den area and it had plenty of room for everyone to sit and talk. We enjoyed the nice parking area and had plenty of spaces for everyone to park. The Host checked in with us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family vacation

Pros: Beautiful, nicely decorated, roomy cabin. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, even had beach towels in the pool house. Management was very prompt to respond, super helpful and friendly. Cons: refrigerator was undersized for such a large cabin. We had to rely on our coolers to keep items cold. The floors were not as clean as we would have liked. We removed shoes at the door and still our feet/ socks were dirty. We had a baby crawling sowe were sensitive to this issue. Lastly, we had to ask to get our overflowing trash to be picked up after 5 days.

AMAZING STAY

I can't express how amazing this cabin was for our family of 18. The cabin met ever expectation and more. The description given and pictures provided is exactly what you get. The property manager was always available for any assistance or questions. DON'T THINK TWICE BOOK THIS CABIN!!!

Wonderful Family Time!

Before we even arrived I was greeted by a friendly host! Ben was wonderful, very punctual & accommodating. And this house is beautiful! Not too far from things, but felt far away from everything- which was exactly what we hoped for. The pool was great, clean & warm, and a bathroom in the pool house made it so much easier with the little kids. The mini golf was stocked with putters & balls and was a really neat way to enjoy some downtime at the house. The house itself was very nice. We didn’t really play much other than the air hockey, but there were a few other games there to entertain people, foosball & some other gaming machines. We very much enjoyed the large amount of space we had to spread out a bit, two living areas made it better for the kids and adults to separately enjoy the cabin. The only issues we came across during our stay was the air inside not getting as cold as some in our group would have liked, others like myself were very comfortable. And, with as many people in our group as we had (19 total) it would have been nice to have had another refrigerator, but we stored our drinks in an iced cooler which worked out fine.

Nice Home But Issues for Us

First off, this home is absolutely gorgeous! The beds are comfortable, the decor is beautiful and the house fit well for our small women's retreat we had. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. In that aspect, we loved the home and would rent it again. However, the issue we had was that it was the only home on the block with ice and snow on the driveway. The driveway is at an angle and even the steps had snow and ice. It was very dangerous getting from our cars, up the stairs, and into the home. I requested for salt on the afternoon we arrived to address the ice/snow. Ben was very prompt in responding to my message but no one came out. Again in the morning, I messaged & when they did come out, they only put salt on the stairs & one section of the driveway/parking area so the rest was a sheet of ice. They assumed it would melt & that they didn't need to address the issue. The next morning the ice was still there. We had two women fall & one woman hurt her shoulder badly and her knee. The negligence was very upsetting to us & the lack of concern and addressing the issue. Also, the home was to sleep 20 people but there was only silverware for 12 people, no sponge to wash dishes, and one small roll of paper towels were given to us. This kitchen was very sparse and didn't even have a cutting board. Ben responded to my requests through the message, but no one came out to help with those needs. I did go out to the store and buy plastic silverware, sponges, and paper towels to use.

Christmas vacation 2024

We had 10 adults and 10 children ranging in ages 5 months-15 years. This house was prefect for our family. The outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, putt-putt golf course, game room were many amenities our family enjoyed. It is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely rent again.

What I enjoy most is how easy it is for guests to enjoy both adventure and relaxation — you can be hiking in the morning, Dollywood during the day, and taking in a show at night.
