Malcolm Creek Marina is a golf cart ride if you need to rent slip. Or put your boat in less than 2 miles at the Big Bear Hwy 58, Public dock and park. On water less than 1 Mile. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, heating, and AC, along with 2 and half bathrooms equipped with showers. Home is all one level, with a split floor plan. Light plush carpet in living and Bedrooms so if raining or snow we ask you to remove shoes before entering this area to prevent stains. A nice level yard with huge beautiful shade trees for privacy. Watch the sun rise, the sunsets are amazing reflecting off the water. We added a firepit area close to the lake with plenty of vintage outdoor seating. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
