Relax setting in the beautiful sunroom, back porch, cook out on the deck. Set by the fire close to the water and watching the moon reflection on the water is stunning. There is a easy walk to the dock watching boats in and out of Malcolm Creek Bay. Or put your boat in less than 2 miles at the Big Bear Hwy Public dock and park. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, heating, and AC, along with 2 and half bathrooms equipped with showers. Home is all one level, with a split floor plan. Light plush carpet in living and Bedrooms so if raining or snow we ask you to remove shoes before entering this area to prevent stains. A nice level yard with huge beautiful shade trees for privacy. Watch the sun rise, the sunsets are amazing reflecting off the water. We added a firepit area close to the lake with plenty of vintage outdoor seating. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
