This property strictly prohibits pets, smoking, and parties/events and might not be suitable for infants and children. We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages, unless you opt for our damage waiver coverage at $50. We also impose a $1000 fine for smoking and $500 fine for each unauthorized guest.
