?️ Towels and Linens: We provide fresh towels and bed linens. Please note, we do not include face towels as they’re considered personal hygiene items.

? TV: The unit has a Smart TV that works only with streaming apps (like Netflix, YouTube, etc.). You can log into your own accounts.

❄️ Air Conditioning: The AC cannot be set below 70°F to avoid system freezing. Please keep all doors and windows closed while it’s running.

? Check-In: This is not a self check-in property. One of our team members will meet you at arrival.
⏰ Late check-in fee:

After 6:00 p.m. → $30 USD

After 11:59 p.m. → $60 USD

? Packages: You may receive packages during your stay, but we are not responsible for them. If something arrives before check-in, let us know and we’ll try to help. We don’t have access to the mailbox, so we can’t receive regular mail.

? Child Safety: Cleaning products are accessible in the unit. If you're traveling with children, please be cautious.

? Supplies: We provide a starter kit (toilet paper, soap, etc.). Depending on your length of stay, you may need to buy more.

? Resort Fee: A $35 USD + tax daily resort fee is required and must be paid at the front desk upon check-in (card only).
