Pebble Loft is tucked away on one of the prettiest streets in the Old Town (Vieux Nice). A slice of the traditional with a contemporary twist this rental apartment has modern finishings that work in harmony with exposed feature stone walls and high ceilings with rustic beams. A tonic for those wishing to stay in the heart of the Old Town. We have had the pleasure to have this home and it’s very lovely owner in our portfolio for the last 10 years and our guests always report it is so quiet you cant help having a very good nights sleep!

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is complimentary WiFi.

Spaces
Living space
The main living area is a fantastic open plan space and has been furnished with modern and contemporary finishings. The main feature in the lounge area has to be the stunning dark wood beams highlighted by spotlights and stretching across the high sloping ceiling. Windows are internally facing so there is no natural light but plenty of light from the spotlights. This is a really comfortable area to lounge on the large 3 seater sofa and enjoy the LCD TV (French channels), DVD player and CD player with a selection of DVDs and music provided. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living room. With a sofa bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen has deep red gloss and frosted glass units and houses an integrated four ring electric hob and combination oven/grill, under the counter fridge-freezer and washing machine. It is fully equipped with kettle, cafetière, a large selection of crockery and utensils.

Dining area
The beech dining table and black leather chairs more than comfortably seat four people.

Bedroom
The spacious double bedroom (200×150) boasts a stunning exposed original stone back wall and oak beams. It’s beautifully and simply decorated to allow the ornate French style chest of drawers to stand out. There is an air-conditioning unit and dehumidifier in the bedroom.

Bathroom
Leading on from the bedroom there is a stunning walk-in shower room in dark grey slate tiles with accent stone details on the floor and around the hand basin.

Coming to Nice any time- Just what you need!

A perfect place to feel immediately a part of the everyday life, color, and charm of Nice. Right in old town with amazing restaurants and brasseries right around the corner and the beach and marketplace a block away! Plus a lovely kitchen of your own if you’d like to eat in.

It was very clean and very well decorated. Great location!

We had a wonderful time in Nice. The property was in the best location. We were so close to amazing sites and great bars and restaurants. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. They had a lovely welcome package for us with wine and treats on our arrival which made us feel very welcomed. Our only complaint would be that the apartment didn’t have a view or any natural daylight from the windows. Great for sleepy late mornings, but it would have been nice to get fresh air and light from outside.

Beautifully remodeled apartment in the heart of old town!

We loved our stay at the Pebble Loft! It was a lovely apartment with all the necessary amenities. It was in a wonderful location - close to the beach and many fabulous restaurants. We would highly recommend it!

Happy with our stay, aside from a very good location in old town Nice, the apartment was nicely renovated on a very old building which is expected in the old part of town, apartment is as described in the site, so no real surprise, check in was straightforward and easy, appreciated the little black book of guides and welcome pack of bottle of Rosè and chips

Great Location

Great location, restaurants and markets right out the front door. This is a lovely quiet unit in a quiet building. Great unit for 2 people. A couple of notes: Only 1 key is provided, 2 towels, 19 steps up to the unit from ground floor, the bed is a full bed and sits very low to the floor. I am not criticizing only pointing out items of concern for future renters.

Lovely apartment centrally located in the old town. Everything you need for a busy city break. Close to restaurants and beautiful shops. Very close and easy to get from the airport.

Superb! Great Apartment

Loved our stay in this apartment the location was fantastic. We had all the comforts of home and the person who met us was very helpful. The booking process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Stylish hideaway in fab location

Just back from our stay at apartment 'Malonat' in Nice and would like to thank the YNA team for their service and attention to detail throughout our trip.   Your approach is a marked difference from the inflexible service when renting from a 'corporate' agent and the haphazard nature of direct rentals.   Little touches like the beach bag and bottle of wine on arrival, the personal reception and arranging for us to have use of another apartment for the day before our late flight home made the whole trip that much better.   The apartment itself is really nicely decorated and in a fab location.    Maintenance of the communal passage way leaves a bit to be desired - but I guess that's the norm with these old buildings.   Our favourites: La Storia in Cours Saleya for dinner and Opera Plage for the daytime.

Good value for money

We were greated by Joanne who showed us the apartment, explained where to shop, where to catch the bus etc. Its in the old town so the house is a bit shabby from the outside and the stairs are a little unruly - but the house was probably built around 1850 so that is to be expected. But the inside of the apartment was super. Joanne also gave us our welcome pack with a shopping bag, bottle of wine, kitchen bits, tea bags, milk, nibbles, soap etc. The apartment is in a good location and although courtyard facing with only two small windows we didn't mind as it was well lit and had every convenience imaginable including a washing machine. The bed was comfy and had nice crisp linens and we had nice fluffy bath towels and plenty of pillows. We paid only EUR 390 for a week in March which is very cheap and the apartment even had DVD's, novels and travel books for the region. The information booklets from myniceapartment contained emergency numbers, transport info, places to see, restaurant recommendations (which we used and ate at Le Tire Bouche) and even cooking recipes. I already recommended them to a lot of my friends. The only thing we missed was a good cooking knife, but I put that in the feedback form and I am sure it will be there when we visit next time!

Great weekend in Nice!!

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend away in Nice. It is the first time we have stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel and we weren't sure what to expect. We were so delighted with Malonat - it was clean, smart, well laid out, cosy and quiet. Once you step out of the front door you are right in the heart of the Old Town which is amazing and so close to the beach it was great. There is so much to do we could have easily stayed another week! We also loved the fresh crips linen and the lovely welcome pack from the owners. Thanks so much we will definately be coming again - beautiful apartment!!
