Welcome to your stunning beachfront retreat! This spacious and modern condo is the perfect spot for your next getaway. Just an hour from Toronto and minutes from Barrie, you'll get that resort vibe without the long drive.

➜ Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed.
➜ Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed.
➜ The living room features a full sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests.
✪ Living and Working Space
➜ Equipped with a smart TV from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube.
➜ High-speed internet access (Highspeed WIFI!).

➜ Clean and sanitized bathrooms with essentials.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge and a stove.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
➤ Availability of free underground parking (1 Spot).

Friday Harbour wasn’t designed to be a place. It was designed to be a destination. A destination you look forward to visiting all year round, where you can unwind and truly feel relaxed. Whether you arrive to take in the peaceful serenity of the lake, spend hours in the Nature Preserve or mingle with friends over a gourmet meal, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy your days.
20 minutes to Barrie
60 minutes to Pearson Airport
90 minutes to downtown Toronto
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
