-Newer pillow top king size bed in large bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
-Newer top-of-the-line pull-out sofabed in the living room.
-Newer high end hardwood laminate flooring and recently painted walls.
-Newer high end appliances including full size fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, garburator, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle etc. in a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of mugs, glasses, cutlery, plates, pots and pans.
-Two flat screen tv's, two DVDs and free wifi.
-Main bathroom has a jetted tub and a large vanity.
-Newer cyclone flush, soft close Toto toilets.
-Hotel type amenities - soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer.
-Large beachview balcony, with a new wicker patio sofa also patio table and chairs (for use in warm weather only).
-Easy check-in with adjoining hotel's front desk, open 24/7.
-One free parking spot available on-site.
-No pets (very firm), no parties, no smoking.
-GST/PST added to price during booking.

Have a dip in the attached hotel resort's indoor pool; enjoy the resort’s hot-tub, sauna and new exercise room. Our condo overlooks the lake (side-view), town and beachfront boardwalk, perfect for a brisk early morning walk or an evening stroll to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Four of Gimli’s best restaurants are located across the street or in the complex. Our condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The living room includes a top-of-the-line newer Simmons sofa bed with newer laminate hardwood floors and an area rug. This one bedroom condo has a king-size bed with high-end linens and there are two full bathrooms, one ensuite and one with a jacuzzi tub. Watch tv on either one of two flatscreen TVs and DVDs or surf the net with the free wifi. Linens are supplied and housekeeping is provided on check-out only.

Excellent location and spacious modern living space.

The condo was comfortable and spacious and provided everything we needed for a weekend away. The location was perfect right in the heart of Gimli with a balcony overlooking the beach.

Outstanding! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. Great location - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Communication with host was easy and efficient. Check-in and out was a breeze! Only one drawback - we couldn't stay longer! The perfect getaway. Highly recommend.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. The condo is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Gayle was an excellent host and so easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed all the amenities the condo offered. The hosts have added little extras that aren’t often included with other rentals. The condo was very clean, inviting and close to great eateries and eclectic shops. I would highly recommend this venue.

Fantastic short getaway

This property was exactly as advertised! Extremely clean, fantastic appliances, bed, bedding, furniture, etc! Check in wasn’t great but that really isn’t on the owners, more the hotel they are affiliated with. This was a terrific experience and we highly recommend it for anyone that desires a home away from home quiet pleasant vacation!

This lovely condo was far more spacious than expected. The host was exceptional in her attention to detail and responsiveness. She has gone way beyond what’s usually expected in order to create a home away from home for her guests. The highly desired location is very close to the beach, to restaurants , and shops. Being connected to a hotel is a plus as we were able to use all their facilities: pool, sauna, exercise facility, restaurant and shops. We will be back!

We had such a lovely time at your beautiful condo! The location was so perfect and we loved the hotel amenities- we went swimming twice a day while there to work on our daughter’s swimming skills! The room was nice and clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed eating dinner on the patio while listening to the live music across the street. We hope to come back again next year if you’ll have us! :)

Curling trip to Gimli

Everything in the unit was great. It was a perfect location and even though it was chilly out we took advantage of the amenities that were walking distance. We even walked to the curling club. The unit was clean and had evening that we needed at our finger tips. It was a very quiet and pleasant stay with an amazing view. We will definitely come back. Thanks, Gayle!

Great Location, Great View!

The suite was lovely, containing all the basics for cooking. The deck is large with a great view of the lake. So many stores and restaurants and the beach of course, within walking distance. The very artistic boardwalk by the harbour is right outside the building as well. It is a great place to relax or roam around. Only one suggestion for renters (because I am a water snob), with Gimli's hard water, you will want to bring jugs of water for drinking. The owners are easy to get a hold of if you need them, very quick to respond. Very helpful.

We purchased our Gimli Beach Condo in 2015 because we had been vacationing at the adjoining hotel for many years...have family & friends living in the area. When the luxury vacation suites were advertised for sale we jumped on it. Viewed a few and this one was the brightest, spacious, most open floor plan with a huge balcony overlooking the town and the lake. It was a perfect place to stay & entertain our family & friends with a lovely large kitchen. We’ve spent many joyous weeks in the condo continuously upgrading since retiring in 2017.

The condo still has a hotel feel however you’ll notice most of the furnishings & appliances have been upgraded to a superior level for a luxurious trouble-free stay. Love to have appreciative guests returning year after year. I previously trained & worked in hotel management in Scotland, Ireland, Alberta & Ontario & my husband Gary is a project manager. We’re constantly discussing our next condo upgrade to make yours & ours the best vacation possible! Enjoy!!

Because it’s the most updated, super clean, fully equipped kitchen & fully furnished condo. Next to the beach (large side-beachfront balcony) steps to Gimli’s shops & restaurants. All the adjoining hotel amenities are available for you to use, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness area, restaurant, bar lounge, outdoor patio etc. & free parking during your stay.

We have quiet central air, no noisy wall heaters/air conditioners.
We have new blankets, comforters, linens, towels, pillows, new hardwood flooring, rugs, a newer super comfortable sofa bed.
We have smooth painted ceilings & recently professional freshly painted walls in neutral colours.
We have separate 'quiet' bedrooms with a second tv & dvd.
We have extra plug outlets on lamps, multiple wall plugs.
We do not have cheap toilet paper, lol.
We have top of the line toto cyclone flush toilets with soft close lids.
We do not have dollar store cutlery also have lots of mugs, drinking glasses, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans & other cooking utensils.
We do not have loud bathroom fans.
We have bathroom door hooks.
We have top of the line appliances.
We have lots of light - ceiling lights and wall sconces with energy saving led lighting.
We supply many condiments & dishwasher pods.
We have shops, restaurants & bars & of course the beach all within easy walking distance.
