THE SPACE

Find respite in our newly updated craftsman home in the South Perry District — Spokane's most walkable, character-filled neighborhood. Stroll to cozy coffee shops, savor local pizza and award-winning brews, browse for your next favorite book, and shop the weekly farmers' market. The Ben Burr Trail, Liberty Park, and Underhill Park are all minutes away on foot, and a bus stop one block over puts you downtown in minutes.

Main floor: one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a well-stocked modern kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a Roku TV (sign in to Netflix, Disney+ & your favorites) and board games.

Upstairs: two spacious, light-filled bedrooms — one with a king bed, one with a queen — each with blackout shades and generous walk-in closets. Shower off after a day of exploring or draw a soothing bath in the clawfoot tub.

Basement: full access to the washer and dryer.

Outside: your private hot tub (open year-round), fire pit, grill, outdoor dining under string lights, and a fully fenced backyard where the kids can play freely.

Working remotely? 500 Mbps fiber WiFi, air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace have you covered.

We provide all linens and towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap — plus baby essentials (pack 'n play and baby gate) for families.

GUEST ACCESS

For your convenience, both the front and back doors feature electronic keypad locks for easy self check-in. You'll have full access to the house, with the exception of one locked storage room in the basement. A dedicated parking space is located at the rear of the property near the backyard gate, and free street parking is plentiful. The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

For your peace of mind, we have a Ring camera at the front door and shared driveway, focused on safety. We respect your privacy and only review footage if needed — there are no cameras in or facing any private guest areas.

Although we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets.

As this is a residential neighborhood, we kindly ask for no parties or events so we can stay great neighbors. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Thank you for respecting our house rules!
