From the moment you walk through the door, you should find a sparkling clean home with generous amenities and beach gear for a true “welcome home” experience. If you need assistance, our team is quick to respond to your needs. We are proud of our deep roots in the Destin area having provided hospitality since 1976.

All reservations will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with Frangista Beach Properties within 48 hours of receipt.

Seabreeze is perfect for your next beach vacation! Three bedrooms and three baths sleeping 12. This home has been professionally designed with an abundance of upgrades including polished concrete floors, wood-planked walls and a gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and Cambria quartz countertops.

There is plenty of space for everyone in Seabreeze! Relax and enjoy two separate living areas as well as an indoor and outdoor dining area. Enjoy the sea breezes as you dine outdoors on the patio under the arbor with cafe lights. There are two outdoor areas for grilling or watching the kids splish-splash in the pool! The private pool is 10 feet by 20 feet (POOL CANNOT BE HEATED).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was our second year and it is a perfect place for a small group of people. The yard is fenced nicely for our Doberman. The furnature is less than comfortable, and for 2 months it makes for back aches. We rented a love seat and it made all the difference and made our stay comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean and the property managers were very helpful especially Patrick. In question 3 the low rating is due to the furnature!

Awesome getaway!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. Nice backyard and pool for lounging. Enjoyed the front patio as well. The location of the property was excellent in relation to the beach and main road. Was a relaxing week. We’re ready to come back for another vacation.

Great location

Beautiful home and great location! On arrival our home was also very clean. Short walk to the beach and communication with home owners was great. Only complaint we have is the house tended to stay very warm despite having the air set to 68, the air never was below 74 our entire trip. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable as well. Other than the A/C and a few furniture upgrades that are needed the house was great and would highly recommend.

We have visited Destin for the last 8 years and this ws the best service we have ever had. Patrick was wonderful, so very helpful!!!! January was exceptionally cold this year and the heating in Seabreeze was not great, espically in the Master bedroom. Master bath should have safety handles to help get in and out of the tub shower. The location was very convient and there was more than enough room for 4 people. We have dogs and there is a small yard that worked just fine.

The decor and easy flow of the home make it an ideal place to stay with plenty of private spaces for guests and a relaxed yet polished common areas for all to share for dining, playing games or watching TV. The fenced pool area makes you feel like you are the only guests at the beach! I love it and hope to return soon!

The Seabreeze was very nice on the inside the outside is kinda deceiving, the pool was great, they do need to invest in better beds all our guests said the beds were not good. Also could use more things in the kitchen such as measuring cups. But we had a fabulous time.

Perfect Vacation House

My daughters LOVED swimming in the pool almost more than the ocean. The pool was the perfect depth for younger children. The location of this house made it so easy to make a quick trip to the private beach with such a short walk. One of my favorite things about this house is that it is decorated beautifully!! Thank you Frangista Beach for the enjoyable stay in Destin. We will be back to Seabreeze!!!

Paradise Retreat

This area was new to us, PCB is where we usually spend our summers, so glad we decided to swap it up. Started our mornings off with the beach, 400 yards away, followed up by hours playing in the pool, showers, shopping (something for everyone), great dinner choices, and a movie from Red box. We will be back next year! Loved this Summer Beach Retreat! So much better than PCB! Only regret is not finding this place sooner!

The Best House in the Best Location (July 2025)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent weeks looking for a house that checked all the boxes for our family of 4 along with 2 small dogs. Seabreeze checked every single one of them! The house was older compared to neighboring properties, but it delivered far more fun in my opinion. The private fenced pool was perfect after a return (less than 5 minute walk with gear) from the white sand beaches. The location of the house put it within easy driving distance to multiple restaurants along the coastal strip and easy access to the highway to get to other adventures. We were there from Tues to Sunday. There were chairs and umbrellas set out every day for us on the beach (which was never over crowded), so it always felt as though we had a little slice of heaven each day. There were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and there was easily enough room in the house for another family of 4-6 to stay. There were 3 full bathrooms, and there was central HVAC for the house and each bedroom had another window AC unit, so the house stayed plenty cool. We did have a very small issue with some bugs (it is Florida), but Frangista was quick to respond and took care of the issue. I really don't have anything negative to say about the house or location. When we come back, we will be booking this house again!!

Could use new furniture.

This property was adequate with the exception of front lounging space, the outdoor fake wicker furniture was not usable. The living room furniture should also be replaced, very uncomfortable. On a positive note the space was great and proximity to beach and shopping was good. I would use this rental again for sure if the furniture was replaced and perhaps a recliner or two was added. Also there is something living in the attic, probably a raccoon, the soffit was pulled down and we could hear something up there early morning like between 2-4am.

Reviewer Comments: These are the reasons that we like this dog friendly house: Short walk to the private beach (with chairs and umbrella), Nice little pool and private fenced yard, the air conditioning works well:), and the king sized bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The only thing is that this is an older home, so don't expect fancy bathrooms with walk in showers. The kitchen has been renovated, but nothing else. We live in an older home so that's fine with us, but if you want modern everything, it might not be for you. Some instructions for the living room TV would be nice, but it worked after some help from management. Perfect for us and our dog, Callie. Thanks for a great vacation!

We always enjoy this beach cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like this house, the yard, the pool, and the fact that it is dog friendly. It's close to the beach (3 blocks away) with private beach access. Somehow we always have issues with the TV in the living room, but we are eventually able to resolve them - some written instructions would be nice. It is more of an old fashioned beach cottage, but nice enough for us. If you are looking for a modern place with remodeled bathrooms, this house isn't for you. We did appreciate the added window units in the bedrooms because it used to get warm at night - now the temp is much better. Our dog loves chasing the lizards in the yard, and the pool is a nice size. For some reason, there were lights in the pool when we were there last spring which we loved, but they were no longer there in the fall. Also, it would be nice if you could turn on the string lights in the back separately from the floodlight. We had a great time, and we will be back.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the property for several weeks and really enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach. Since we stayed in the off-season, the rate was reasonable, but if we had paid in-season rates, we would have been very disappointed. The posting indicates new furnishings. Not sure whether that's true, but the furnishings are very uncomfortable. The sofa and chairs, as well as the dining room chairs, were terribly uncomfortable. Some of the outdoor furniture was quite worn out and not appealing. The master bed has squeaky springs every time you move. Additionally, the internet connection was not strong enough to support remote work. As a result of the uncomfortable living space and poor internet, this property was not ideal for a long stay and we ended up leaving earlier than expected. That said, the property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the property owner was very responsive so the property would be a good choice for a short stay.

Nicely decorated older cottage close to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have hesitated writing this review because I loved the house, and I would probably rent it again, but there were things that my husband wasn't crazy about, and some could be easily fixed - so it's only fair to point those out. We loved the location (3 blocks to the beach),and the fact that it had a dedicated beach access. The house was clean with cute decor, and the furniture was slip-covered which was great if you have a dog. It had several good size TVs, the bed in the master was comfortable, and the back yard landscaping was very pretty. The covered front porch was nice too, but the switch to turn on the string lights was so high we couldn't reach it (my husband is 5'11").The pool was a good size and sparkling clean, but it can't be heated (knew that on the front end), so the water was really cold in late April (temps mid 70s). It would be great for warmer months.The kitchen was well stocked, but the fridge was too big for the space it was in, so you could not open the French doors all the way which made it difficult getting things in and out. The chairs at the big table were way too low. A normal sized person could not eat there comfortably in those chairs. There were notes in the bathrooms about being careful what you flush because the house uses a septic tank (really? in 2021?),and you are responsible for any plumbing problems. We had none, but it was concerning.As with most older houses, the AC was OK, but the thermostat won't go below 68. The living areas were cool, but the bedrooms could be cooler - even with the ceiling fans. The water pressure was a little low, and it would be easy to update the showers with modern hand held shower heads. The master bath shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced.If you want a really cute cottage in a great location, it's perfect, but if you're picky about modern conveniences, this might not be the best choice.
