Situated on the 32nd floor with an elevator in a brand-new building, this modern and newly furnished 63m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah!

The building is near Dubai Marina Harbour, a newly opened community by the beachside with a Yacht Area and many restaurants, including Barasti and nearby restaurants in Dubai Marina Walk. Additionally, there are restaurants in JBR the Walk, shops across Dubai Marina Harbour and a Carrefour grocery store.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a widescreen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views of the Palm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to the pool, gym, BBQ area, and beach during your stay.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A 10-minute drive takes you to the iconic Palm Jumeirah, while the world-class shopping experience at Dubai Mall is just 20 minutes away by car. You can reach Dubai Airport in 30 minutes, ensuring easy travel.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
