With super fast Wi-Fi and both dual heat and AC zones, guests can enjoy different temps on 1st and 2nd levels making things comfortable and enjoyable for the entire family.

You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
Absolutely no parties, events or large gatherings.
No smoking allowed in the house.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
Firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace and available from Labor Day through Memorial Day.
Parking for 2 cars only.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The top bunk is for children only.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
