The space
A quiet neighborhood offers a safe and welcoming place to stay while remaining connected to the attractions of nearby Andover, the historic North Andover old center, just 40 minutes to major airports, and 30 minutes to coastal Newburyport, Ipswich, Salem, among others.

The first level of the home offers a living & office space, a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in table, a formal dining space & a family living and play space for kids. Beyond the kitchen you'll find a family size washer and dryer, in a hallway leading to a 3 season porch that is fully screened and perfect for summertime meals.

The porch leads to patio with lots of lounge and table seating, plus a large grill connected to the gas line, so that propane tank changes are not necessary. The back patio leads to the grassy lawn space, including a large swing set perfect for kids to enjoy. The porch, patio & back lawn all have lighting to allow kids to play outside into evening hours.

The second floor of the home offers a primary bedroom with a full bathroom en suite, as well as three additional bedrooms with an associated full his and hers bathroom. The second floor is centrally air conditioned with smart thermostats for comfortable summer night sleeping.

The basement level offers a fifth bedroom, and adjacent full bathroom. This space also offers an additional sleeper couch, which can sleep two.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the house and yard, excluding the garage, utility room, and attic space. The primary bedroom & 2nd bedroom closets will be locked for owner use only.
Other things to note
The 5th bedroom and adjacent full bath are located in the basement level of the home.

Air conditioning is central on the 2nd level, where bedrooms 1-4 are located. 1st level air conditioning is through portable units.

The home includes a lengthy driveway parking for cars.

In the event of a power loss, the home is equipped with an electrical generator, which will automatically activate.

During summer months, lawn mowing will take place once a week, during daylight hours. An automatic sprinkler system will also run in the morning. In the winter months, plowing service will take place as needed in the event of a snowstorm.

Early or late check in, or cleaning services can be added to your stay, pending availability, for an additional cost.

We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that you take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.
