Discover this marvelous beautiful 4-bedroom one of best miami’s residential area This gorgeous house features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, a futon, and even a crib for the little ones. With 21/2 bathrooms,bathtub, guests will feel pampered during their stay,/big patio and pool area/he living room offers a cozy futon for extra sleeping space. We think our place will help you experience everything Miami has to offer. Additional rules
House Rules
Make sure that you see the house rules before you booking because you have to follow all the house rules
Before booking make sure that you're older than 21 we need proof of ID names of all the guests they’re going to be in the property before booking and after approving the preapproved booking the main guest have to send their ID to us in order to proceed with the booking. We need his ID in order not to cancel the booking because it’s a state law in Florida when you have a school right close to the house you need to have those proof of IDs, I apologize for this inconvenience, but it’s a state law, and I have to go through the state law ,also the first thing we need is names and ages of all guests they're going to be in our property checking in it's very important for you to send main gust ID an pre-approval .the ID the 2 night before or whenever you have a chance before if not we cannot allow you in the premises because there's a state law that we need to know who goes in the property ,ID It' a State law.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, only in external areas.
No pets allowed.
Keep doors and windows closed to keep the air running smoothly.
Vehicles must be parked in a permitted area.
Deposit garbage before check out in the green and blue containers that are in front of the property.
.NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR GATHERINGS: Parties are not allowed Any person not following the rules, will have their stay terminated.
You must respect the number of guests.
You must maintain the appropriate volume of music in the pool.
IMPORTANT: Liability Notice
By using the pool, you acknowledge and accept the following:
The host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or drowning incidents that may occur.
The exit door to the pool has a safety sensor that will be activated for the safety of children, every time you open it you must press the button and close the door.
KEEP the laundry room door closed.
If you have children, be attentive to them.
We are not responsible for any incident inside or outside the property.GUESTS AMOUNT
Only the guest staying on the property are allowed. All guest must be declared. you have to let me know for me to get accommodations for the extra guests Exceed maximum occupancy (charged per person. Infants/children are counted towards max occupancy. Infants/children are NOT free.) this is a my house rules: the max occupancy is 6 people extra guest have fee. Infants are people. The guest agrees to pay a minimum of $75 for each occurrence of violating the rules which
