Thank you! 1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated. - Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. - You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST KEY FOB is $150. - LOST PARKING PASS IS $250. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. -- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. -All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. -All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.
8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. -If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

It was a beautiful stay at the Grand Road location, I really enjoyed seeing the city and the Pool was exactly what I needed for my activities. The room has 2 beds and 2 bathrooms with giant closets for both. The kitchen is an open concept with a comfy living room attached. This was literally everything we needed to have an amazing stay. Fabulous apartment in a great location! We loved having the space and convenience of this lovely apartment while visiting SLC. You could not be closer to Delta center and we enjoyed walking to get coffee/breakfast in the mornings at nearby restaurants. The apartment was spotless, well laid out and fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again if we had reason to return to SLC.

Wonderful condo experience
We loved the property. It was very well stocked and the decor was so pretty. There was enough space for 4 people and the property had amazing amenities. It was centrally located to everything that we needed to visit during our stay. Thank you!!

Great apartment, Great location!
We were in for two nights. Four of us total, two couples so the bedrooms worked out perfectly with both having an en suite. The pictures shown are accurate. This is a very clean and comfortable stay. We would book again.

Great property - Within walking distance from the convention center and the arena (basketball and Hockey). Hot tub on roof was wonderful too. Only complaint is that there was some noise from guests one night outside but

Amazing Location
Our host was extremely communicative with every question I had. The unit was very clean, cozy, and centrally located near the light rail - which we took from the airport seamlessly. Amazing spot. We’d absolutely return next time we’re in SLC.

Great space-Great location
This condo is the perfect spot for a downtown girls weekend trip. With plenty of space for everyone, king beds, and two bathrooms, the ladies had lots of space. We loved the location to shopping, restaurants and the view of the Delta center while working out and the temple lights at night. The hot tub was fun to relax in the evening!

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Salt Lake City
This property is wonderfully located in downtown SLC, within easy walking distance of multiple entertainment, food, and nightlife options. The unit was exactly as listed, very bright, spacious, and comfortable. The gym was large with modern equipment , and the pool deck looked magnificent (although we did not have time to use it). I would love to stay here again on a future visit to SLC!

SLC over Christmas
Clean modern space with nice views. Host was very responsive. Went to dinner at Adelaide across the walkway and had drinks at STK in bottom floor. Enjoyed the hot tub with city and Mountain View’s.
