A great alternative to any hotel room, our spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex style house provides all the luxuries of home at a cost less than a hotel room. With a full kitchen and living room it’s a great place for all visitors to Searcy and Harding. We are located only 1 block away from campus.

Located 1 block from campus, a short walk and an even shorter bike ride.
Guest access
This house is a duplex and guest have their own private entrance and parking. The duplex has shared walls and some noise can be heard when both sides are occupied and you are in the kitchen or living room areas.

Other things to note
With being a duplex house, and house hold supplies provided, we can not have large groups or parties. NO pets or smoking on the property, due to allergies of other guest. If the house smells like smoke, pet hair or there is excessive cleaning upon checkout, you will be charged a 100.00 dollar cleaning fee
