There was a good selection of movies for the DVR - if you have any of your own, perhaps bring some...and perhaps there should be a listing of which movies were there. We enjoyed 'Walk the Line' very much.I would want a chance to park the car out of the way of the scenic view of the open area and tree line to the pond.Good selection of cooking items.

It was an amazing spot for a couple and 2 esa dogs. Enough room to cook, play games, relax or just take a walk. Close enough to the trails and far enough away from everyone else. The only down fall was the grill is charcoal.

great place to stay, very clean and well accommodated

the privacy, the hot tub was clean and hot , the place was cozy my only complaint was the distance to Hocking Hills State Park since the cabin is in McArthur Ohio and there was an odor off and on , maybe the well water not being used enough to eliminate it

After having to go to war with about 50 flies as soon as we walked in and were victorious everything was just okay! They were bouncing off of our heads as we were carrying things in. The heat pump looked like it was about to fall off of the wall, the bedroom barn door was off track and glide, the fire pit bench was about to fall over, the fire pit was so small you couldn't feel the warmth of the fire, and so much dust on the wood walls and ceiling. Take extra bath and kitchen towels!! Everything needed a little help and the whole hot tub seemed out dated. It was just okay. The property and pond were great! I would like to see the other cabins available for future planning.

It was a beautifully decorated and comfy cabin.

The bathtub was so good I now want one for myself, Loved the fireplaces, huge bed, comfy reclining seats, and hot tub. Also had all kitchen appliances and tools you’d need which is a huge plus.

Relaxing with slight issues

We absolutely loved the pond, garden and space surrounding the cabin. Toilet was unusable most of our stay, and there was an animal that got into trash and was very loud in the middle of the night. The cabin was clean and stocked with supplies to cook.

Cool property with a gardena dn water fall feature leading to the pond. "Owl Creek" was furthest from the pond which could be great during busy times when the other cabins are booked.

Weekend getaway

Lovely property all around. I loved the pond with the waterfall feature especially at night. I had a great time relaxing with nature. Perfect spot to set up your telescope too! Fantastic property!

Excellent little cabin

We would have given it 5 stars, but the beds were too firm for us. We slept on the couch the second night, otherwise a great stay

Nice spot to get away.

Overall the cabin was nice and cozy. The water smelled of strong sulfur though. So I never got to use the cool looking copper tub.

Hot tub was hot, smelled like sulfur a bit but not super bothersome. The bedroom was quite dust filled. The bathroom was beautiful, probably the peak of the stay. The private lake part isn't truthful, it may be private for the owners but this particular cabin was not. Was told they couldn't give us the exact place it was because of privacy". very strange. We went and found it about a half a mile away from my cabin and it was like a couple feet from a septet cabin so maybe that cabin needs that in their heading and not this one. i felt like we were "trespassing" other visitors rented cabins when we went to see the lake, I don't know if anyone was renting them out at the time but still, people might not want to rent a cabin and see other people right out front.
