This is a stand-alone home that was built in 2016. Clean and updated, you will have access to the lake while enjoying beautiful views from our porch off the house and the deck and dock less than 50 yds away!

Fantastic property at a good price. The house feels newly renovated with its modern kitchen and dinning area layout. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival. The host communicated well and checked-in with us on our second day to ensure everything was going well. The access and view of the lake was perfect.

The cottage is brand new, very comfortable, incredibly well stocked and located just one cottage from the lake. The porch is where we spent most of our time. It was heaven!

We absolutely loved the house! It was so clean- and beautifully decorated. The view of the water from the back deck was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset was amazing. Victoria was wonderful to communicate with- and was accommodating and kind. The neighborhood was great! We loved how close we were to restaurants/Naples/Cummings Nature center. I highly recommend!

5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway!We had a fantastic stay at this vacation property! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and offered incredible value. The kitchen was fully equipped and a true highlight—perfect for cooking meals during our stay. The porch and outdoor spaces were cozy, relaxing, and made it easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.The owners were extremely welcoming, made check-in a breeze, and even reached out during our stay to see if we needed anything. When a small issue came up with the boat dock toward the end of our visit, they responded promptly and worked quickly to resolve it.Check-out was just as smooth, with clear and simple expectations like gathering linens and taking out the trash. We absolutely loved the convenience, the warm ambiance, and the overall experience. We’re already looking forward to booking our next trip here!

Great property, wonderful inside and outside of house, easy to find! The property’s dock is not a super convenient way to get in the kayaks, so you’ll need to walk them up to the nearby beach to load them in.

Great launching place for visits to other lakes. Lots of hiking areas in the area so getting fresh air and exercise was easy. The place is also close enough to Canada we managed a trip to see Niagara Falls after taking care of some much needed business.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Very charming house. Clean and newly updated. Very close to the lake so an easy walk. Loved that we could take our dog with us. The only issue was the shower was a little small for my 6’3” husband.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house It was the perfect homebase for our family of five with three kids. The location was great, and we were able to do a lot of different things around the finger Lakes region. The house itself is beautiful with three separate sleeping areas. It was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need. Victoria was a great host, and all communications and check-in/checkout were seamless. The location itself is ideal for families as it’s located right next to the water and also near a community area with playgrounds and beach access. We would highly recommend this rental for families or anyone looking to get away and have a good time!!

We had a wonderful stay on Honeoye Lake. The house was just as described. It had everything we needed and plenty of room in the comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and living spaces. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night watching the sunset and walking around the neighborhood.
