☆☆ HISTORY ☆☆
In a time where most women were unfortunately seen as property themselves, this unique property was owned by Eliza Gray. Erected in the early 1800's but lovingly maintained over the course of centuries, this home has all the original character with plenty of stories to tell.

☆☆ FIRST FLOOR ☆☆
As you enter the home you are greeted with gleaming, wide plank, hardwood floors and an open concept living and dining space that seamlessly spills through double glass doors into a quaint and private garden. Off the living and dining room is the updated kitchen with butcher block counter tops and over-sized breakfast bar. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a home cooked meal. Rounding out the main floor is the family room with the original exposed beams and the first floor full bath with walk in shower. This bedroom features a daybed with trundle - space for two to sleep!

☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆
Head up the windy staircase to the second floor and you'll find three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom immediately at the top of the stairs features a queen bed and a large walk-in closet. In the middle of the hall you’ll find the another bedroom with a twin bed, and a desk for remote workspace. On this floor you will find a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, high ceilings, and a walk in closet with convenient laundry machines.

Step outside and you will find a patio and a small fenced in yard area, a rare gem in the heart of Salem. There is also a bistro table for 2 for outdoor dining.
