World Tour Golf Resort #105 - Golf Course Front

Welcome to your next getaway! This is a first floor, golf course front condo is located in one of the most popular golf resorts - World Tour. On-site golf is available - clubhouse is a short walk away! The complex directly overlooks some of the greatest golf holes on the entire east cost. Golf lovers and beach lovers will enjoy spending their vacation in this beautiful and spacious condo surrounded by greens, while only being a few miles away from our shoreline.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Enjoy The smart TV! Access to golf course view balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: One King bed. TV.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two double beds. Roku TV.



Bathroom 2: Stand up shower/tub.



The water heater is only a half size and, therefore, can quickly run out of hot water when doing consistent laundry, showers, etc. It will quickly refill - but we like guests to be aware!



Patio: Beautiful golf course view. Incredibly spacious!



Pool: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex. Typically, the pool is closed for the season from October 15th until April 1st. The pool deck itself should remain open.



Golf clubhouse: Walk or drive over to the World Tour Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the internationally recognized golf course (Extra fees apply).

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.

🏦 Coastal Grand Mall is about 4.2 miles

🏢 Broadway At The Beach is about 5.3 miles

⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 4.3 miles



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No pets. Max guest count is 6.

There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



Pest control occurs quarterly on the 2nd Thursday (starts in Feb). On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
