Hi Louis, We are sorry that you were disappointed with your accommodations. Outside the concerns on AC unit (which we have not received before or after your stay), you never mentioned any of these other inconveniences on the many times we reached out to you to check in and see how you were doing. In each reply, the only concern you reported was the temperature. My wife and I both work full time, so the footsteps would have been in the early morning, and evening. You never said anything to us about this. If the parking space was too far (its approximate 150 feet from the door to the space), we could have allowed you parking access on our ample driveway (approximately 75 feet door to driveway) as we did when you unloaded and loaded your vehicle. I'll assume there was a specific need for a shorter walk for you. In closing, thank you for your review and thank you for staying with us.
