Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including all indoor areas except in balconies. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of 2000 AED will be imposed if this rule is violated.

Late Checkout: Guests are expected to check out on time. A late checkout fee of 1000 AED will be charged for each hour beyond the agreed checkout time if the delay is more than 30 minutes.

Lost Access Card: A fine of 500 AED will be charged for a lost access card to cover the costs of replacement and administration.
