Welcome to Storey Lake inside the Covey Resort Townhouse.

Storey Lake is one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando Florida area.

The Resort is located at the corner of State Road (SR535) - also known as Kissimmee-Vineland Road - and Osceola Parkway. Storey Lake is close to all of the major attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. All types of dining, from chain restaurant to fine dining are close by. And, spectacular outlet shopping is within minutes from Storey Lake.

This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome is sure to please. The open floor plan is beautifully decorated throughout and includes a 55-inch flat screen in the living room. The 5 bedrooms sleeps up to 10 and consists of 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Prepare meals in the fully furnished kitchen and dine together – there is plenty of seating at both the large dining room table and the kitchen bar! The private splash-pool will provide fun in the sun while you catch that perfect tan. Free WIFI and a washer and dryer are included.

Our host was super accommodating and friendly. She took the time to respond super fast especially during the holiday. The entire neighborhood was clean and very well kept. The home was superb . Definitely recommend for a family vacationing during Christmas.

Great stay!

We had a great time taking 2 teens and 3 kids to FL and the house had a lot to do with it! Lots of space to spread out, they made good use of the splash pool in the yard, and the host was super responsive. She had both issues that I messaged about resolved within a day! The only thing we didn’t love was the main Storey Lake pool area. It wasn’t super clean and they tried to nickel & dime us for everything. That had nothing to do with the home though and we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Property

The property was exactly as described and the kids loved the private pool and their own bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this property and will seriously be looking for it next time we come to Storey Lake(this is our second time staying in Storey Lake). Communication was great with the host and was able to answer all our questions quickly, prior to our arrival. Check in and check out was a breeze with the property. If you’re on the edge of deciding to choose this property, I highly recommend that you choose this one and make sure for the winter months you inquire about the pool heat, as it is a must. Plus with a washer and dryer, don’t need to pack a lot of clothing. The property comes with all the linens and towels that you should need for you stay and the grocery stores are like a 5 min drive away for anything else required for you stay.

Lots of Room and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious for my family of 5, and nice and clean. There is also a Publix and other stores right across the street, so very easy to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Would rent again for future visits

Great Location for Conference Lodging

We liked the proximity to stores and restaurants and that there was not very congested traffic in this area. The place is newer, attractive, and easy to navigate. We didn't use the amenities due to staying on the conference schedule, but everything really looked nice. We enjoyed the short commute to our conference location (Coronado Springs Resort) -- almost a straight shot. Everything about checking in and out was very easy. We would recommend it and will stay here again, if available, next year.

Nice and quiet

The complex was fairly empty the weekend we were there, so was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and had store and restaurants right across the street.

Great place and great location

We loved this condo. Plenty of space for multiple families. Kids loved having the personal pool. Great location, easy drive to all parks. Owner was always quick to answer any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

A Magical Stay

This townhouse was exactly as described and we thought it was extremely clean, very well appointed and comfortable. Having the pool was a plus for some downtime between visiting parks. I would definitely stay here again!

Orlando Visit

This is a great property to stay at with family. Has plenty to do both on and off property. The owner worked with us early on to add some days as well. Very good experience. The only thing you need outside of normal groceries is your own beach/pool towels. We would definitely stay here again next time we come down.

Great Stay

I am one to do much research and look into reviews, so I am writing this to help others. We stayed at this property over the thanksgiving holiday and it was a great experience. The property owner and management were great with communication from the get go. Owner answered all questions and messages in a timely matter, even on the holiday when we arrived and the grill was not on property-she got that arranged and dropped off next day. A few things about this property. Very roomy! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and felt comfortable. Seating was limited in living room but that was ok as we all went to our rooms by the evening. Pool heat was extra-but well worth it! There are NO beach towels, just regular small bath. So if you are planning a trip, bring some. Traveling with an infant invest in a travel highchair like we did as there is not one at property. Also, no hot pads. There was a burn mark on the dining table from this probably being a previous issue. Upstairs beds are VERY worn out. We slept in the king and there was a big hump in the middle that separated us. Pillows very flat. Just things that need to be replaced over time that haven’t. Location was great, the resort is nice and safe is very friendly. We will definitely stay in this area again. Hope this review helps anyone in the future!

Wonderful Home

The location is perfect to Disney! Many stores near by for shopping. The only thing that I did not like was the pool in the home it was not very clean. Other than that me and my family all enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for a large family plenty of room and space.

Found a gem!

We traveled with 6 kids to Orlando for a Disney/Universal week. Loved this location and will use them again! Safe and nice neighborhood. Clean, spacious, plenty of towels. 4 bathrooms with showers and 5 bedrooms is a great ratio. Small pool in the back was a great perk for all the kids but they also have a fun pool area on site with a lazy river and slides that is a short drive or a walk across the bridge. You will need your own cleaning supplies like trash bags, detergents, and dish soaps - no big deal! Minutes to Disney, grocery stores, shopping and 30 to Universal. Really enjoyed our stay!
