Take a leisurely 15-minute walk to downtown through Victorian neighborhoods, where you can explore Saratoga’s fantastic restaurants, unique shopping, and the picturesque Congress Park. Whether you are hiking, biking, enjoying local museums or catching a world-class performance at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center or the famous Cafe Lena, Paul’s Cottage provides the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Additionally, with nearby golf courses, lakes for boating, apple picking, leaf peeping, popular ski resorts and endless seasonal activities, your stay promises to be as memorable as it is comfortable here at Paul’s Cottage.

Sleeps 6 Comfortably: With a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a trundle that converts to a king-size bed, our cottage is designed for restful stays. Two full bathrooms. One bath fully renovated. Both baths have modern fixtures. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, large 4K Roku TV and quaint private outdoor space.

My husband and I and our two kids and their spouses were in town for a wedding at the Adelphi Hotel and Paul's Cottage was perfect for us! Only a 5 minute drive to the hotel, we each had our own room with comfortable beds and plenty of space. A pretty house on a quiet street, it was well appointed and perfect for our needs. Our communications with the host were prompt. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

This is a charming, remodeled older home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean with plenty of towels for our group of 5. The kitchen was well furnished and we enjoyed a few meals there. We were in Saratoga Springs for a wedding and it was centrally located. Also, close to grocery stores. We all enjoyed the upstairs rainfall shower. Only 30 minutes from Lake George. Easy communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in Saratoga Springs. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Tremendous stay!

Heidi, our host, made our stay great from beginning to end. The communication was one of the best I've experienced through VRBO. The home's location is a 10/10 and the updates to the house give it a lot of character. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I (for the full week) and two daughters and son-in-law (for second half of week) with their infant son stayed at Paul’s Cottage. We traveled to Saratoga Springs primarily to go to the horse track, so the 4-minute walk to the track was important to us. But the house is also within walking distance to many other things (especially when the weather is nice)—restaurants, a park, and the Broadway shopping strip (a little less than a mile). And the cottage itself was comfortable and well stocked with a bunch of sweet, attention-to-detail amenities, such as kitchen necessities (a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper and cinnamon), paper products, a few waters and some “uncommon grounds” coffee (there is a coffee pot) to get us started, and some back-up toiletries in case we forgot something. And Heidi (owner) lives right behind the house and is there to help with anything a renter may need. The most wonderful thing she did was borrow a bassinet and pack-n-play for us to use for our five-month-old grandson (so my daughter didn’t have to lug these things). The house, built in 1875, has been renovated, and the work is well done. We probably maxed out occupancy at 5 and 1/2 people, but we were comfortable. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Saratoga!

Paul’s cute cottage wins!

We had a great stay. We loved being so close to the track and a short walk to town. I could really tell the owner put a lot of thought into this home. I felt like I could have stayed weeks. There was everything we needed - the beds were comfy, The shower was hot and great water pressure. The air-conditioning was cold. We were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again

Race weekend

Overall a great house in terms of location especially if visiting for a race at track. Didn't get to use outdoor space due to rain. Inside is not a ton of space for "hanging out" as a group but we spent very little time in the house. Host was very responsive when needed.

Centrally located in a neighborhood; Close to everything we needed to see

This is a restored 1875 house with a fully outfitted kitchen, large room to gather, comfortable beds. Heidi, our host, was easy to reach and went out of her way to answer all my questions and requests. For seniors, stairs are understandably steeper and narrow and floors aren't always level due to the age of the house. Wood is beautifully refinished. We enjoyed our stay. upstairs full bath was very clean and I liked the original style closets and trims. Downstairs very small bathroom with shower was also very clean. This house reflects some charming features due to its history.

Skidmore Parents Weekend

Great stay in Saratoga Springs. Close to town. As a fellow VRBO operator I can attest that a stay at this property offers a very nice experience for a family of 4-5. Home was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all that is needed for dining in. Outdoor area was great for getting together with a couple families. Heidi was very accommodating and responsive to our needs..
