Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and both bathrooms. Additionally, you can enjoy the building’s rooftop pool and fully equipped gym, perfect for a morning workout or an evening dip with a view. The private balcony is all yours, offering a peaceful retreat for morning coffee or evening relaxation under the stars.

We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home during your stay. However, we are always available to assist you should you need anything. Whether it’s a recommendation for local dining, help with the apartment’s amenities or any other request, you can reach us easily through Airbnb’s messaging platform or via the contact number provided in the guidebook. We aim to respond promptly to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

With simple access via a Smart lock, your keycards for the building`s facilities and parking will be located inside your home on the counter.
For your convenience, the building has secure entry and 24-hour security. We provide fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay, and our kitchen is stocked with essentials like coffee, tea, and cooking supplies. If you’re arriving by car, please park in the designated parking space - details can be found in your guidebook. Lastly, we kindly ask that you respect our home by observing our strict no-smoking policy inside the apartment.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to respect other guests and neighbours.

Parties & Gatherings: Large parties or gatherings are not permitted. Small get-togethers are allowed, but please be considerate of noise levels and the property.

2. Pets Policy

No pets are allowed on the property (even the really cute ones, sorryyy).

3. Smoking Policy

This property is non-smoking. Please note that the fine for smoking on the property is 1000 AED.

4. Damages

Respect the Property: Please treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

5. Occupancy Limits

Maximum Guests: As indicated in your booking, the property has a strict occupancy limit. Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

6. Security

Keep Doors Locked: For your safety, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property. And ensure that valuables are secured.
