Beautifully decorated, comfortable wooden house over the water in La Parguera with accommodations for eight people.

This slice of paradise features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, family/dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and a large covered back porch. It is fully furnished and equipped with AC in all bedrooms and family area, ceiling fans, television with Apple TV, Wi-Fi Internet, stereo, kitchen appliances and utensils, washer/dryer, gas grill, and linens (bedding, towels, beach towels). The house also includes two adult kayaks, one kid kayak and a paddle board.

Sit on the porch with a cup of coffee in the morning, enjoy the breeze and start your day feeling perfectly one with nature. Relish a spectacular sunset with a glass of wine in the evening serenaded by local coquís, frogs and birds. You deserve it!

La Parguera offers numerous outdoor activities, such as kayaking, kitesurfing, wind surfing, water skiing, fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling, as well as rest and relaxation in a stunning setting.

A truly beautiful home in an exquisite natural mangrove protected area. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the property. We look forward to returning and exploring more.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting this guest and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, communication was smooth, friendly, and respectful. They treated the space with great care, left everything clean and tidy, and followed all house guidelines perfectly. It’s always a relief as a host to welcome someone so considerate and easygoing. I would happily host them again anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts on the platform. Truly a 5-star guest!

The patio was super comfortable for relaxing. Everything we needed was provided—clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Great stay!

The house was clean and the kitchen was well appointed with pots/pans, bowls, appliances and dishware. The host was very responsive. The location was the best - being able to SUP and kayak right off the deck. We tried fishing off the deck but was unsuccessful there.

The porch is everything!!! We lived outside while we stayed at Carlos’ family home. The home is remote and quiet and was very comfortable for 6 adults. We were traveling for a family wedding and spent three days in La Parguera. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook all of our meals at home. There is a big supermarket under a 15 min drive. Until we left for the wedding, none of us wanted to leave the house because it was SOOOO beautiful sitting on the porch. The home came with kayaks and paddle boards which we used and it has a nice gas grill. We would rent this home again and again and look forward to a future visit.

Perfect Location for Beach House

Our party enjoyed the property very much. Wish we could stay longer. Haviy Kyaks and stand up board are perfect to enjoy the water and explore near by area.

Sweet little house in an amazing location - we could have happily never left the porch but were glad we did! The Cayos are magical and good surf beaches are only an hour away. Hosts were lovely and responsive. We felt like very privileged guests!

Perfect Beach House

The house is amazing, well equipped and very clean! The view is spectacular! We rented a boat from the Parguera Poblado and Isla Mata la Gata and Caracoles is only a 5 minute boat from the cabin!

Beautiful and cozy paradise

Amazing house with all the amenities needed for a great getaway. Excellent spot in la Parguera provided us with a pleasant stay. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were accesible at all times. Thanks for a great weekend!

Best of Parguera

We have stayed at 5 or 6 different houses at La Parguera. Carlo's property is without a doubt our favorite so far. We look forward to rent it again in the near future.

Tranquil and relaxing

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxing and it was a good time to connect with my family.Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We look forward to coming here again. Everything in this house is clean and organized all the surrounding shops and activities were super fun. There was plenty of activities and restaurants to visit. All the surrounding beaches around me a little drive away. I recommend this place to anyone that comes out to Puerto Rico.
