This beautiful non-smoking studio, it's located in the center of the Metropolitan Quito area with an amazing view of the snowed capes volcanoes and the city. Public transportation is close by and taxis 24/7 on call.

If needed we can arrange your transfer from the new Airport Mariscal Sucre in Tababela to Quito.

It has one Queen size bed. It has one full bathroom with shower, a little kitchen with stove (two burners), microwave, small fridge, coffee pot and appliances needed for the daily needs.

We have supermarkets, bakeries, fruit stores, banks, gyms, parks… within walking distance. There is a Wi-Fi connection, TV Cable, plasma TV, DVD and a telephone for local calls (of course you can receive international calls).

Internet cafes and telephones booths are close by in case you don't want to travel with your laptop.

We also have a collection of movies and books if you want to read or exchange.

We will be happy to show you around the neighborhood to make your shopping easy.

Also you must visit our favorite "pastry-coffee shop", just around the block for those cravings moments. There are several nice restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner.


We also work in tourism and dental tourism (20 years’ experience). If you have any questions or need to book a trip we will be glad to help.

Garage possible; please ask in advance for availability.

Sandra was an amazing host! She lives in the building but is not overbearing at all. Very quick to respond to any of our inquiries, very accommodating in every aspect. The location is perfect, we felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed the studio. Lots of storage space and anything you need is there including umbrellas (which we did not have to use). You absolutely do not need a car when staying here, Uber and taxis are very cheap... Thanks again Sandra!

Perfect

The studio had a nice kitchenette, very comfortable bed and shower with hot water. I was very comfortable. The neighborhood had many restaurants and bakeries and convenient markets. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment and very responsive owner

Sandra is the best! She was very helpful in offering tips for sites we wanted to see. The apartment is immaculate and it is very easy to grab a taxi right out the front door. Will book again if we ever return to Quito.

Quiet, clean apartment you can call home

We had originally booked the studio for our stay in Quito but realized right away that it was too small a space for two people for 3 weeks. Sandra was a great host and offered for us to take the 3 bedroom apartment in the same house. It did cost more but in the long run it was well worth it. We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the core. We spent our days exploring in and around the city and were happy to come home to our quiet space. Taxis are available at every corner and quite inexpensive. We did take the buses and tram around town. About the apartment, it is super clean, comfortable beds, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen ... nothing lacking. Thank you Sandra.

Perfect couple apartment in ideal Quito location!

We loved this cozy & clean apartment with its outstanding 360 degree view of the city of Quito and the mountainous peaks that surround this ideal location. With only a quick taxi ride you are at the cable cars of Teleferico to hike up Ruco Pichincha or colonial old town to see the many beautiful & inspiring churches and architecture. Everything you could need was in the apartment - I have no suggestions for items to bring with you. Sandra was the perfect host and was only a phone call away. We took advantage of her tour services and were not disappointed! She even braved the heights of the Basilica to share the outstanding views. Loved the tour north of the city to see Mitad Del Mundo, the middle of the earth (equator), plus the displays & monuments there. Excellent detailed tours including stops for the best coffee and local cuisine, great history presentations and very familiar with the locations, plus all in English for us! Also helped with our Spanish so we could easily get around. Walking distance to several eateries and markets. Amazing what you can buy for a $1, and US dollars, too. This vacation escape from the US was ideal because of Sandra and her wonderful accommodations.

Great Host & Place

Sandra is awesome! She is very informative and helpful. Take advantage of her tourist background and have her show your Quito from a local's perspective. She is also a great conversationalist. The place is clean and comfortable.

Amazing service

The hostess is the best that I have ever experienced. VERY THOUGHTFUL. Fresh roses, fruit, bread, water, coffee. The apartment is very small so best for a single person. I loved my time here! Sandra speaks English and helped me with everything. My transition from the airport at 2am was perfect because of her service. When I come back to Quito, I will definitely stay here again❤ Thank you Sandra for your wonderful and kind service!

Amazing stay - wonderful home base in ecuador

I stayed in the studio for 2 months in quito working from home, in office, and travelling ecuador. The studio is a great welcoming space that I immediately felt at home in. The studio is sited in a great residential location, close to parks and the central commercial area of quito. Sandra was a suberb host and I am lucky to know her as a friend. I will definitely be back to visit in the future when possible! :D Thanks so much Sandra!

An absolutely perfect stay in a HomeAway rental in Quito, Ecuador.

We truly had a great apartment with a great view and this helped t make this a fantastic vacation. This location was ideally located in Quito where everything was easily accessible. Sandra was an exceptionally great host. She had maps waiting in the house of public transportation routes, contact numbers, and local attractions. Sandra has made her own booklet of places and attractions to see both locally and within a couple hours of Quito. Sandra is also a guide, fluent in Spanish, English and French so as she help showing us the area also gave us the history of the areas as well. While we were there we visited the Basilica, the Panecillo, the Crystal Palace, the cloud forest, a small Chocolate estate, a coffee plantation, plaza Foch, we did a zip line and the list goes on. There is a vegetable & fruit stand, a "fantastic" cafe within three blocks. We stayed in the studio which was great, but a little small for a long stay. We moved into the three bedroom that is very large with two bathrooms, a dining room, full kitchen and a den. Overall this was a great stay, in a great location with a super host. Thank you Sandra for helping this vacation become a very memorable one. We will be back!!! Dave & Deb

That was the best time I've ever had!

The property is great: good location, excellent services, very comfortable apartment that has everything you need for comfortable living, and a very friendly and helpful hostess. Seems Sandra has the answer to any question you can ask her. Very hospitable, charming and welcoming - she makes you feel at home. She was the best hostess we've ever had! Warmth and Charm

We stayed with Sandra for two occasions during our month of touring Ecuador. She picked us up at the airport, and we also took a private tour with her to the ruins and equator. She helped us book travel to Cotachi and navigate our time in Quito. Her property is in an excellent location-very safe and close to grocery stores and restaurantants. Sandra has very clean and comfortable accommodations - including a comfortable bed and well set up kitchen. She is a warm and compassionate person. You will not be disappointed staying here!!

A must stay!!

Our long journey ended with the bright smile of our host - Sandra’s Lanos, who graciously met us at the airport at 1 am!! Sandra is an excellent host-very knowledgeable, caring and gracious. The property is secure, safe, clean and very comfortable. We stayed three days coming into Quito, and have rebooked at the end of our journey for four more days. While in Quito, we went to the Old Town-it was Sunday, and the people were very friendly. Our Spanish is very limited! We were helped along the way by many kind people-in the internet store buying a SIM card, in the restaurants, grocery store-many kind Ecuadorians! This property is everything it states, and the added kindness of our host was a wonderful bonus.

Great Studio

Sandra was an excellent Host The apartment is in a secure area of Quito with great Wi-Fi and all the necessary basics for a comfortable stay. It is close to the Mitad del Monde and La Mariscal a great restaurant area. I would come again.

Very well equipped studio in a safe area

We stayed for almost 3 weeks and liked it very much particularly because many things that you would have to buy in other apartments were already available there (toilet paper, washing-up liquid, spices,...). At the day of our arrival a plate with plenty of fruits, bread and water was provided to us. The apartment is situated in a safe area in the north of Quito. You reach the centro historico by bus or taxi in aprox. 30 min. Sandra, the host, is also a good tour guide. We made 3 tours with her. We can definitely recommend that apartment! Sandra, thank you very much, it was great to met you.

I was fortunate to find this wonderful place.

I visited Ecuador Nov 10-18 this year. Staying at this location, give me the best advantages. Firsty it is safe, clean, with all the comforts of home. Secondly the location is such that you can be anywhere in the city by walking or a 2-3 dollar cab ride. Lastly and most importantly you live next door to the landlord who is also a top local tour guide with a great personallity and a wealth of good and honest information. When I initially considered booking an apartment, i sent off emails with a few questions. Sandra, the owner of this property was the only one to reply, and reply promptly. I had a wonderful experience here, And highly recommend it.

Impeccable, Comfortable, Safe and Quiet, Accessible to Grcceries, Restaurants and Tourism

First and foremost, this property is impeccably maintained and located in a safe area of Quito. The bathroom has been remodeled, the living area is spacious, and the closet very roomy. The kitchen has everything in perfectly working condition and the dishes are good quality. The view from this studio is amazing because it features the Andean cordillera that boasts beautiful, snow covered mountains. Sandra, the owner, is very professional and a very valuable resource to help visitors with all kinds of traveling matters. She is a fabulous contact. On two different trips, I have stayed in the studio with my teenage son, as well as by myself. On both ocassions we were highly satisfied and very happy with everything that Sandra set up for our stay. Needless to say, the price is a great deal. We will go again. Sandra's several lodging options and commitment to her guests' have convinced us that here is where we have a perfect Home while we are in Quito discovering Ecuador and visiting friends.

I lived 2 years in Vancouver and 4 years in Montreal, from where I improved my English and French, now they are put to the test almost every day.

Moving back to my beloved home land has let me be able to enjoy family and old friends again.

To stay I decided to develop a new activity that would give me joy and challenges at the same time, so I thought, why not tourism.

Renting this studio for two and a bigger apartment for five proved to be a great idea!

I am renting my little studio, where I spent most of my college years looking at the Andes and the snowed capes volcanoes every day. So inspirational, especialy when tyred of the books.

Looking at beauty is an important part of traveling, so why not share this cozy little corner where I grew up.
